The property is located in Sant'Anna residential neighborhood, just outside Porta Sant'Anna and just a 10-minute walk from the historic center of Lucca. Always walk you can easily reach several shops, bakeries, supermarkets, ATMs and more ... Casa Paola is the ideal solution for families and couples who want to visit Lucca and its surroundings, staying far enough away from city noise, but having all comforts at hand.
The house was recently renovated and can offer up to 8 beds, for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The first floor of a peaceful building, the property consists of: a large living room with sofa bed, equipped with a dining area with a table for eight people, from this room leads to a balcony with outdoor furniture. Adjacent to the living room is the fully equipped kitchen, connected to another dining area with direct access to a small balcony with a table and chairs. There are 3 double rooms (on request 2 of these rooms can have 2 single beds or one double bed) and 2 bathrooms with shower.

A TOUR AROUND:

The apartment is located 1.3 km from the historic center of Lucca, outside Porta Sant'Anna. This is an ideal location for walking or cycling all the major attractions and shops. The bus station is only a few minutes walk and there is a bus stop for easy access to the train station.
The property is situated in a pleasant, quiet and residential. Within walking distance there are grocery stores, supermarkets, pharmacy, pizzerias, ATM, wine shop and a post office.
You are close to all the things you might need during your stay, but distant enough to escape the bustle of the historic center. This area will give you the chance to live like a local!
Due to its location, the house is an excellent starting point to visit the most famous cultural centers of Tuscany such as Lucca, Pisa. Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra and other important cities are easy to reach by car or by public transport.
The main seaside resorts like Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore and Torre del Lago are about 30 kilometers from the house.
