Magical fireflies 🔥

Brilliant location, so close to to Luca and the train station in Ripafratta, very tranquil setting, loved sitting outside in the evenings and watching the fireflies, they were magical. Very clean, well equipped with everything one may need. The owners Claudio and Bruno are super friendly and so helpful ☺️The pool was so nice to have, after a long day of exploring the beautiful country side. Highly recommend 🙂

Perfect place to stay and enjoy the day

We were received personally by the host. Arriving a little later than planned, it was not a problem, at all. There is a dedicated parking space within the property. We were able to use the pool in the garden. The host gave us a lot of information and helped us with any questions we had. It was a very friendly and personal contact. The apartments offer all you really need. The kitchen is well equipped. Since we had some health problems on our last day, after we packed our car, we were allowed to stay on the property the rest of the day as long as we'd like. As one of the apartments was vacant that day, we were even allowed to use it for the day, too. We would fully recommend this property to anyone looking for a calm and friendly place to stay.

The shower could use a little more pressure. However, there was really nothing that we didn't like.

Exceptional

Location very convenient for Lucca, Pisa, the seaside, and the Massaciuccoli lake and nature area. The host is extremely friendly and helped us out with a few practicalities. We had a jaccuzzi on site which was a nice surprise. The property doesn't have air conditioning but it stays cool nonetheless at 25 degrees throughout the day due to being a former winery, which was a godsent in the middle of a heat wave.

The pictures on the booking page are a bit confusing; there's multiple units on the same property and the pictures are all mixed together. But the accommodation which we had was perfectly suited for the size of our group, so this was not a big problem.

compact house but it had a lot the necessities. Restaurant nearby are simple ones.

It was in a quite place surrounded by greeneries. It was in middle between Lucca and Pisa and the villagers are simple quite people.

On the website I saw that the spare room consisted of a bedroom with 2 beds, while the children had to sleep in the kitchen on a sofa bed etc.

The setting of the house is very nice and quiet. The guest house is spacious and with every thing with needed: fully furbished kitchen, large living room and comfortable bedroom. the parking space is very accessible and large enough.

Zentrale Lage zw. LUCCA und PISA

Typisch toskanisches Ambiente, so wie wir es mögen. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt.Claudio und Bruno sind sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Der kleine Pool im Garten war sauber und bot ideale Erfrischung an heißen Tagen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage zwischen Lucca und Pisa. Beide sehenswerten Städte sind problemlos sowohl mit dem Fahrrad, als auch mit der regelmäßig fahrenden Bahn erreichbar. Der Bahnhof ist nur ca. 500 m entfernt.

Ripafratta und die direkte Umgebung sind etwas trostlos und wenig attraktiv, aber mit dem Fahrrad ist man flexibel.

Ideaal vakantiehuis met prachtig uitzicht.

Huis Carla ligt in een rustige omgeving en is van alle gemakken voorzien, goed uitgeruste keuken, prima bed, ruime badkamer. Prive tuintje met mooi uitzicht. Daarnaast een gezamenlijke grotere tuin met zwembad (totaal 3 verhuuraccomodaties, dus nooit druk). Ideale ligging om van daaruit stadjes of strand te bezoeken. Treinstation op loopafstand, dus ideaal als je liever de auto laat staan. Wij hadden fietsen bij en konden heerlijk op de fiets naar Lucca en Pisa. Gastheren Bruno en Claudio wonen op hetzelfde terrein, zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar zeker niet opdringerig.

Leuk verblijf om het prachtige Toscane te ontdekken!

Mooi appartement gelegen in een rustig dorpje. Kleurrijk ingericht met mooie kunstwerken van de eigenaar. Ideaal als uitvalsbasis om Pisa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Firenze en de Ligurische kust te ontdekken. De airco en het zwembad zorgden voor heerlijke verkoeling. De eigenaar was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam om dingen uit te zoeken voor ons! Bedankt Claudio!

De deur van de douche sloot niet goed, waardoor er water op de vloer kwam. De wifiverbinding viel soms uit.
