Nice two night stayy, easy to get to Pisa, Lucca and coast.

Spacious apartment, nicely furnished and designed. Separate galleried bedroom upstairs. Nice outside space and sunbeds. Friendly owner. Good coffee machine. Good recommendation for local pizzeria

Breakfast mostly prepackaged and Italian (sweet baked things) although some cereals and yogurt. Longlife milk. Some people will want to bring their own stuff like eggs or fruit.

Very nice stay in a new modern apartment

The guest house was very nice, modern and recently renovated. Alessandro and Francesca are genuinely caring and always available to help with any questions or concerns. For breakfast, there was a cereal corner, coffee, Jogurt, fresh apricots from the owner‘s garden and some sweet pastries. Both Lucca and Pisa can be reached easily and still, the apartment is located quietly. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed, so cooking for dinner was very easy. A supermarket can also be found nearby. We had our dinner on the beautiful terrace. Overall, the stay was great and we would definitely come back!

Consigliatissimo!

Struttura appena ristrutturata. Pulitissima, accogliente. Sembra di essere a casa. Lo staff ci ha riservato delle attenzioni fuori dal comune ed era sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. La posizione è abbastanza vicina al centro abitato di Pisa (qualche chilometro).

Comfortable stay in brand new apartment in picturesque area

Staying at Covinaia Guest House was absolutely pleasant! Hosts are very caring and courteous. We were very late for check-in, but they waited to welcome us. Francesca treated us with homemade pastry, it was delicious. Guest House is situated in peaceful and picturesque area. Location is perfect not only for visiting Pisa (it takes 15 min driving to get to the city centre), but for exploring the whole region (Florence, Lucca, Livorno, Cinque Terre and so on). I think it is not reachable without a car. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped. It is exactly as shown on photos. Big supermarket is just 5 min away (but better go by car). As our daughter studies in Pisa now we will definitely come again.

Samo mieszkanie w świetnym standardzie i godne polecenia. Brakowało widoku z tarasu.

Apartament jest odnowiony, przestronny, znajdują się w nim wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty oraz akcesoria. Kuchnia jest w pełni wyposażona, niczego nam nie brakowało.

Mimo, że dookoła obiektu znajdują się piękne góry to z tarasu przed mieszkaniem nie ma na nie żadnego widoku. Całość jest otoczona ogrodzeniem oraz sąsiadującymi budynkami więc tego nam najbardziej brakowało. Określenie, że śniadanie jest w cenie jest pewnym nadużyciem- w kuchni znadjowały się dwa rodzaje płatków śniadaniowych, mleko, dwa jogurty naturalne, kilka słodkich bułek, sucharów oraz serwis kawowy. Dwukrotnie dostaliśmy również świeże wypieki od właścicieli jednak nie określiłabym tego jako pełnowartościowe śniadanie.

Tolles Apartment mit herzlichen Gastgebern

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes, großes und absolut sauberes Apartment. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und flexibel, gibt tolle Tipps und sorgt dafür, dass man sich direkt wohlfühlt. Das Frühstück war je nach Wunsch süß oder salzig. Auch die Lage ist super – je nach Ziel erreicht man alles in 10–25 Minuten. Besonders schön: die Gastgeber lieben Hunde, was unseren Aufenthalt noch entspannter gemacht hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Bellissima struttura praticamente nuova e molto moderna. Molto gentili e pronti gli host della struttura, molto disponibili.

Purtroppo ha delle bellissime finestre molto grandi e luminose ma non possono essere oscurate e pertanto dal mattino presto la luce esterna ci svegliava.

I proprietari sono persone accoglienti, gentili e disponibili. L’ appartamento é molto confortevole: appena stato ristrutturato, é fornito di tutto e situato in una posizione molto comoda. Con noi c’era il nostro cane (lupo cecoslovacco) e ci siamo trovati molto bene

Es war toll

Es hat eine super Lage, viele Städte können in kurzer Zeit erreicht werden und auch der Strand (kostenlos/kostenpflichtig) ist nur 25 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Der nächstgelegene Supermarkt ist nur ca. 500 Meter entfernt. Die Gastgeber sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war toll, wir konnten unsere Vorlieben äußern. Es gab viele selbst gemachte Leckereien. In der Unterkunft ist es sehr sauber und alle ist Neu, es ist alles da was man zu Beginn braucht. Generell ist die Unterkunft und das Gelände sehr schön und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Wir hatten wunderschöne 7 Nächte dort.

Wirklich wunderschön!

Ein neu saniertes und traumhaft schönes Loft-Appartement, nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto vom schiefen Turm von Pisa und 15 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns täglich mit leckerem, teilweise selbst gebackenem, Frühstück verwöhnt und ist auf individuelle Wünsche eingegangen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und kommen sicher irgendwann wieder.

Moderne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht und freundliche Gastgeber

Modernes Apartment welches erst vor kurzem komplett renoviert wurde. Sehr ruhige Wohnung in perfekter Lage um Pisa und die Region zu erkunden. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben alles getan um unseren Aufenthalt so gemütlich wie möglich zu machen, selbst das Frühstück wurde an unsere Wünsche angepasst!

Un soggiorno davvero piacevole e rilassante. Consigliatissimo!

Tutto perfetto! L’appartamento è completamente nuovo, luminoso, arredato con gusto e molto accogliente. La pulizia è impeccabile e si percepisce grande attenzione ai dettagli. La colazione è ottima e abbondante, con prodotti freschi che rendono il risveglio ancora più piacevole. Molto bello anche lo spazio esterno antistante l’appartamento: confortevole e ideale per rilassarsi nelle sere estive. La posizione è strategica, perfetta per raggiungere facilmente molte località della Toscana e anche il mare. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, disponibili e attenti a ogni esigenza.
