The property is laid out as follows:

Second Floor (Attic Floor) - The entire attic floor is dedicated to a spacious bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning.Private & Exclusive
Garden - Guests have exclusive use of a fully fenced portion of the garden, completely separated from my private area. Here you will find an outdoor hot tub under an elegant gazebo, sun loungers, a garden table shaded by a large walnut tree, and a BBQ for your grilled meals.
Shared Amenities & Parking - Convenient parking within the property and a shared outdoor laundry area equipped with a washing machine and a drying rack. Wi-Fi is available.
What makes Casa Ortensia truly special are the outdoor spaces designed for enjoying open-air moments: dining on the terrace after a refreshing dip in the hot tub, immersed in quietness and greenery after a day exploring Tuscany. Prepare a barbecue with family or friends and unwind in the garden, where the shade of our trees ensures a relaxing spot even on the warmest days.
Casa Ortensia also boasts a strategic location that combines the serenity of the countryside with convenient travel connections.
The Magic of Lucca: In just a 10-minute drive, you can reach the historic center of Lucca to stroll along the famous Renaissance Walls, visit the squares, and discover historic Tuscan taverns. For those who prefer not to drive, a local bus stop is located just a short distance from the property, offering regular rides directly to both the city center (Piazzale Verdi / Porta Sant'Anna) and the train station.
For Bike Lovers: The house is located very close to the banks of the Serchio River and its River Park. This features a very convenient, flat cycling and pedestrian path that leads you directly to the imposing Renaissance Walls of Lucca, fully immersed in nature and completely safe from traffic.
Along the Via Francigena: The property is situated right along the historic route of the Via Francigena, making it an ideal starting or stopping point for trekking, walking, and cycling tourism enthusiasts.
Explore Tuscany: The location is also a perfect starting point for day trips.
