Comfort needs improvement

Close to the inner city, clean, functional, car parking, bath, bed, kitchen

Traffic noise, in particular on the terrace. Apartment needs furnishing, a picture at the wall, a carpet on the floor, a dining table in the approximately 40 sqm living room.

Definitely recommended

High ceilings and clean spacious rooms and bathroom. Comfortable mattress, clean bed linens and towels. Elegant simplicity, combining modern kitchen and ancient renovated furniture in the bedroom. Lovely soft furniture in the garden where one can have early morning coffee or dinner, with delicious pizzas from the nice Felice restaurant almost around the corner. The apartment is very conveniently situated not far from the ancient city wall and the centre, also within 15-20 minutes from the railway station. Perfect communication with the host, all questions are answered within minutes. All that comes with a reasonable price. Absolutely 10 out of 10 points.

Ein wundervolle Wohnung in einer perfekten Lage.

Die Lage der Unterkunft war perfekt. In noch nicht einmal 5 Minuten Fußweg waren wir bereits an der Stadtmauer. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Diese war sehr sauber. Das Bett war auch sehr bequem. Die Terrasse war auch wunderbar. Wir hatten eine Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Der Eigentümer war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich!

Es fehlt ein Couchtisch :)

Wir würden die Villa jederzeit wieder buchen.

Wir haben 2 Wochen in der Villa "Amalia Superior" verbracht. Es ist ein abgeschlossener Gebäudeteil, über 8 Treppenstufen erreichbar. Die Villa hat 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, eine Küche und einen kleinen Balkon. Alle Räume sind in bestem hochwertig renovierten Zustand. Die Küchenausstattung ist gut, nach 1 Woche erhielten wir neue Handtücher.

Kleiner Minuspunkt: die Via delle Tagliata II ist keine Anwohnerstraße, es herrscht reger Autoverkehr.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr empfehlenswert, sehr netter Gastgeber

Gute Lage, geräumig. Unser Gastgeber war sehr nett, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten früher einchecken, erhielten einen Code für die Schlüssel. Wir hatten ein Appartement mit Garten/Terrasse, einer Wohnküche und einem Schlafzimmer. Terrasse: Es gab eine Sitzgarnitur, leider aber keine Box um die Auflagen vor Regen zu schützen obwohl reichlich Platz vorhanden ist. Ebenso war keinerlei Putzmittel oder Lappen vorhanden um die Sitzgruppe nach Regen zu trocknen. Über die Terrasse betritt man das Appartement und dort gibt es auch keine Fußmatte. Wir hatten ab und zu Regen sodass der Eingangsbereich nass und dreckig war. Eine Fußmatte ist eine geringe Investition und wäre wünschenswert. Überhaupt ist der größte Kritikpunkt, dass die Ausstattung lieblos ist. In der Wohnküche gibt es ein Sofa aber keinen Beistelltisch um sein Glas o.ä. abzustellen, auch keine Kissen auf der Couch, keine Dekoration, keine Bilder, keinen Spiegel. In der Küche war Spülmittel und zwei Tabs für die Spülmaschine vorhanden , kein Schwamm, kein Lappen, kein Handtuch. Es gab aber Kaffee und Salz. Teller, Tassen etc sind genug vorhanden aber es gibt lediglich eine mittelgroße Pfanne, einen mittelgroßen Topf der für das kochen von Pasta schon zu klein ist und dann noch zwei kleine Sauteusen, mehr nicht. Backofen, Mikrowelle, Grill alles da aber keine Auflaufform, Platten etc. Es gibt vier Barhocker an der Küchentheke an der man gut sitzen kann. Das Schlafzimmer war netter gemacht mit Nachttischen und Nachttischlampen. Die Betten waren bequem, leider gab es keine Decken, nur Laken wir hatten glücklicherweise eine Decke dabei, sonst hätten wir gefroren. Das Bad ist groß und die Dusche sehr gut. Die Lag3 ist super, 5 Minuten bis zur Porta S. Donato. Allerdings liegt das Haus an einer stark befahrenen Straße sodass das sitzen auf der Terrasse nicht ruhig ist Das Schlafzimmer liegt zur anderen Seite sodass man gut schlafen kann. Es gibt einen Parkplatz neben dem Haus mit zwei Plätzen.

Im Prinzip schöne, zentrumsnahe Unterkunft.

Die Lage und Größe des Hauses bzw. des Apartments ist erstklassig, knapp außerhalb der Mauern von Lucca. Unsere Fahrräder durften wir im Vorhaus unterbringen.

Unser Apartment (von 2) hatte keine zentrale Eingangstür, dh die Küche, die 2 Schlafzimmer und 1 Badezimmer sind über das zentrale Vorhaus erreichbar und nur mit einfachen Einheitsschlössern versperrbar, daher könnte jeder aus Apartment 1 in unser Apartment gelangen. Der Parkplatz ist am Grund des Hauses, aber eng und nur von außen begehbar, er ist also nicht versperrt. Den Fahrradträger musste ich jedesmal aus Platzgründen demontieren.

Een aanrader voor wie vlakbij Lucca een mooi appartement zoekt.

Prima gelegen op 300 meter van de stadspoort van Lucca. Goed bereikbaar en met eigen parkeerplaats. Modern ingericht met degelijke meubels en spullen.

Een paar goede stoelen zou een mooie aanvulling zijn. Vier dagen op barkrukken is niet echt comfortabel.

Super appartement! Zeer smaakvol ingericht en heel comfortabel. Fijne voorraad met thee en koffie en zeep etc

In de tuin is het niet zo lekker zitten. Er is geen schaduw en de stoeltjes zitten niet zo lekker.
