About this apartment rental
Cozy, classic-style house from 1920s, only 1 km away from the historical center of Lucca. This property is the perfect base to explore Lucca and the most famous cultural centers of Tuscany.
With 2 spacious double bedrooms, 2 single rooms, 1 bathroom, a living / dining room and fully equipped kitchen, this property makes a perfect base for exploring Lucca and the most famous cultural centers of Tuscany.
The big garden, furnished with, chairs, table and umbrella is the perfect place for reading or dining "al fresco".
NEIGHBOUROOD
Located in the heart of Tuscany, only 10 minutes walking distance from the city center of Lucca, just outside Porta Sant’Anna. This is a great location to reach by walk or by bike all the major attractions and shops. The bus station is only a few minutes walking distance and there is a nearby bus stop to easily reach the train station.
There are different shops near the house: 3 pizzeria, 2 ice cream shops and cafes, a pharmacy, 1 butcher shop with a mini market inside and a bakery where you can buy fresh bread and cakes every morning.
There is also an indoor swimming pool near the house.
You will be close to all things you will want or need, but distanced enough to escape from the busy life of the historical city center. This neighborhood will give you the opportunity to live as a local!
Due to its geographical position, the house is an excellent departure point for visiting the most famous cultural centers of Tuscany, like: Lucca, Pisa. Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra and other important cities of art are within easy car reach.
The main seaside resorts like: Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Lido di Camaiore and Torre del Lago are about 30 kilometers from the property.
CHECK IN
Reception open for check in from 3 pm to 7 pm.
We do not guarantee staff presence at the reception all the times. Check in time has to be organized prior arrival. The owner doesn't live on site. Please, contact me in advance (at least 1 day before) to let me know your arrival, thanks.
Check-in for others arrival times, (before 1pm or after 7. 30 pm) can be organized with a previous email or call from the costumer. Late check in service (after 7. 30pm) costs € 5.
CITY TAX
Tourist tax is not included and is € 1.50 per person, per day for the 1st three nights.
The tourist tax is levied on overnight stays by non-residents of the City of Lucca in visitor accommodation up to maximum of 3 consecutive overnight stays in the high season (1st April to 1st Sunday in November) and a single overnight in the low season.
