Excellent location with parking options available.

Excellent location in the heart of old town, a short walk to the main attractions and restaurants. Very friendly host/owner Lukas and his wife. Convenient parking outside the ZTL, about 10-minute walk (€30/day), have Lukas make the parking reservation for you. Very large room and bathroom with large walk-in shower, comfortable queen-size bed, a little on the firm side. WIFI, A/C, TV, refrigerator, desk and luggage rack. Minimal breakfast buffet, but sufficient.

The shower tile was slippery when wet, very dangerous. No vanity in the bathroom to put your toiletries on. Also, typical of most European hotels, they don’t provide wash clothes, we always bring our own. The décor was a little peculiar, action figure characters throughout.

A lovely short stay in a small beautiful city.

A lovely spacious room in a local B&B, very homely. Good recommendations given for restaurants. Good breakfast.

As our first visit to Italy, Lukas's hospitality gave us the best possible introduction.

The host's wife was really thoughtful about providing something interesting and gluten free for my wife have for breakfast. We had to communicate through google-translate but we all made a great connection with each other. The main contact for the property, Lukas, does speak English and provided really good information about car parking and how to find the apartment. The property is inside the old walls of the town which made it really easy to move around to the different sights and locations. The room had very effective air conditioning, which was so helpful with outdoor temperatures in the mid-30s. We would happily use this property again.

One coffee per person limit at breakfast - with any extra, payable in cash. We always need at least 2 coffees with a hotel breakfast!

Excelent location inside the old city, good food. Hosts were very nice and supportive. Our room was part of a typical traditional Tuscan flat. We definitely enjoyed our stay in Lucca.

Service was exceptional. Went above and beyond to ensure that we had a nice stay. Really helped us plan our visit. Loved the anime/fictional vibe of the hotel, extremely unique. Shower pressure….A+

Enjoyable stay in lovely Lucca

Our hosts Lukas and Damaris looked after us from before our arrival until our visit ended. Lukas made regular contact and sent loads of information on arriving to the property, he also gave advice and recommendations on where to visit and eat in Lucca. The property was in a central location on a first floor, we even had a small balcony! Breakfast was included and had delicious breads and pastries made by Damaris. I highly recommend Finca del Sol for a relaxing , enjoyable city visit.

Nice BnB in top location

Amazing BnB in top location (though it is first a 15 mins walk from the train Station). Spacious room. TV. Small fridge. Nice breakfast. Great host.

The bed was not completely our favorite, a bit too soft and it made squeaking sounds when one was moving.

Superb

The host was very accommodative and helpful, he went above and beyond to assist me. I lost my wallet when I travelling to the hotel, he assisted and guided me with the steps to get back my wallet. The room was nice and updated the location was good. I have no complaints, most important the host was just the best.

The best host ever!

Absolutely wonderful stay. The room is spacious, tastefully decorated and the ensuite bathroom is spotless. Breakfast is generous and delicious, with freshly baked tarts and muffins, and great coffee. Lucca is a wonderful city, Two bicycles are available for guests to use, and cycling on the city walls is a highlight of the trip. Lukas and his family are friendly, helpful and responsive hosts. Lucas texts regularly before and during the stay to keep us informed of location, check-in timing, dinner reservations. He goes out of his way to assist wherever possible. He personally ran to the bus station to return an item we had left behind after we checked out. Really grateful!

Perfect Lucca accommodation!

The hotel is perfectly located in the historical center of Lucca, but in a quiet street. We had a very big room for three persons. It was spotless clean! Very good breakfast! A special mention goes to Lukas, the owner of the hotel! He is very attentive, proposes different solutions for the parking, the luggage, visits of the city. Great B&B in old Lucca!

Lukas and Damaris were wonderful hosts. Really appreciated the restaurant recommendation as well as helping with access to bicycles. Good location and Breakfast was great as well! Staying at Finca del Sol really made our trip to Lucca great.

Generally everything was great - will note that some rooms have bathrooms with glass walls (Lukas was able to put us in another room), so if that matters to you, it may be worth mentioning in the reservation request.

If you want to feel at home in Lucca, stay at Finca del Sole.

Well designed. Great shower. Great bed. Quiet. Prima colazione was very nice. Great caffè. The hosts were very friendly. They also spoke with me in Italian and gave me some coaching. I love that because many places just keep speaking English once they realize that Italian is not your native language. For cyclists, there is secure parking inside the building entrance.

The apartment was a 15 minutes walk from the old tiwn in a residential area. Bikes were available.
