A gorgeous and spacious property perfect for a group

The property was gorgeous and so spacious. We were a group of 3 adults and 2 children and it was perfect. We appreciated all of the thoughtful details that made our stay easier - carts in the bathrooms for toiletries, laundry soap for when our daughter spilled chocolate on her favorite sweater, tea for at night. We had a long journey to Italy with delayed flights, so arriving to find the sofa bed already prepared for the kids to fall into was so, so appreciated. I would highly recommend. I am currently staying at a 4 star Venice hotel and truly missing the apartment!

I managed to demagnetize my key within the first two hours so it was a bit tricky to get the key every time, but it worked.

Spacious apartment, perfect for a stay in Lucca

Big apartment for Lucca, new bathrooms with great water pressure. Air conditioning was pretty good for Italy and in all 3 rooms. Great location.

No shutters to block out the light in the main bedroom.

Super nice apartment - very well equipped, modern, cozy and clean! Although the apartment is on top floor and we came in August, there was no need to use aircondition as room temperature was very pleasant with open windows. We loved to stay here! Communication regarding checki-in/-out was perfectly fine.

Fantastic flat to stay in whilst visiting Lucca

This place is located within the walls of Lucca, so it is ideal for having a base for sightseeing. The bed was comfortable, and the amentities provided in the kitchen were perfect for what we needed.

Lots of space, clean and fabulous location. Appreciated the effort put into separating waste for recycling.

Shame there wasn’t more coffee or basic things in the kitchen like salt and pepper, olive oil etc (maybe removed due to Covid).

Turquoise haven with free starling concert

Very charming, beautifully renovated apartment. It is very spacious, stylishly decorated, with excellent lighting and good equipment. The windows (of the turquoise apartment on the ground floor) overlook a court yard garden with shrubs and a big tree full of birds. We were treated to a concert of starlings in the evening! This allows you to sleep with open windows without being disturbed by any city noise. The apartment is very well located for exploring Lucca. Parking options close by, at walking distance. We felt very much at home.

The appartments location is super, just a few minutes to walk to get to the city center of Lucca. The contact with the host was perfect, we received all necessary informatin in time. The appartment is super new, with a perfect kitchen to cook,, supermarket, restaurants, bars everythin is just a few minutes to walk. The appartment is really spacious , we have been there with 4 persons, the equipment is new and of high quality. Everything was very clean and tidy. Aircondition was perfect, very calm location. All in all, the perfect stay in Lucca! We highly recommend this appartment and are sure to come back! Thanks to Alessia for being such a super host!!!!!

Pleasant

Property is not in the heart of Lucca so is in a very quiet and tranquil area but is close enough to get there on foot in 3-4 minutes .

The double bed has an extremely uncomfortable mattress on one side , it dips in so most probably needs to be changed. The heating only started to work properly after the third day. We were cold and couldn’t put the heating up more than 22C even though we were told we could put it up - which we found to still be not enough for us. (22 is a temperature we usually set our AC on in hot summer months when it’s 35 C outside!) The hot water takes ages to start , there is a note that it takes a while but it can take ages!

Tolle Wohnung in einer sensationellen Altstadt.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in der Altstadt von Lucca. Wir waren dort für 14 Tage und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Es war alles erforderliche in der Wohnung, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Zugang wurde sehr gut erklärt und bei Fragen schnell reagiert. Besonders aufmerksam war Elisa, die immer behilflich war und alle Fragen geklärt hat 👍🏼.

Es war alles da, was wir gebraucht haben, inkl Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Die Straße und das Viertel ist recht ruhig und dennoch zentral.

Anfangs war es etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig mit der Karte die Türe zu öffnen und es war etwas anonym für uns, da es keinen echten Kontakt gab. Per Nachricht wurde aber jederzeit sehr gut auf uns eingegangen.

L'ubicazione è semplicemente perfetta: situata nel cuore del centro storico di Lucca, la residenza gode di una posizione strategica pur mantenendo un'atmosfera tranquilla e silenziosa. Nonostante la sua collocazione centrale, l'accesso in automobile risulta sorprendentemente agevole, e l'area circostante offre tutti i servizi necessari. La struttura, ospitata all'interno di un palazzo d'epoca completamente ristrutturato, si distingue per la sua elegante semplicità e l'attenzione ai dettagli. La camera in cui ho soggiornato si è rivelata straordinariamente spaziosa, con soffitti altissimi che amplificano la sensazione di ampiezza. Un elemento particolarmente apprezzabile è stata la presenza di una cabina armadio, un lusso inaspettato. Anche il bagno si è dimostrato ampio e ben progettato, contribuendo al comfort complessivo dell'ambiente. Per quanto riguarda i servizi, l'appartamento è equipaggiato con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, inclusa una connessione Wi-Fi estremamente veloce e affidabile. Il sistema di accesso automatico alla struttura merita una menzione speciale: le istruzioni fornite sono chiare, complete e facili da seguire, rendendo il check-in un'operazione semplice e immediata.

Il bilancio dell'esperienza è estremamente positivo, con pochissimi elementi da segnalare sul fronte delle criticità. Essendo situato al piano terra, l'appartamento presenta un'esposizione diretta sulla strada e una leggera tendenza a trattenere umidità, ma si tratta davvero di dettagli trascurabili che non hanno compromesso la qualità del soggiorno. L'unico suggerimento concreto per migliorare il servizio riguarda gli orari di check-in e check-out, che risultano un po' stretti. Un ampliamento della fascia oraria disponibile renderebbe l'esperienza ancora più flessibile e adatta alle diverse esigenze dei viaggiatori. Cosa un po sgradevole il fatto di aver dovuto saldare 65€ in piu oltre quelli gia versati su Booking per le spese di puliza, bisogna ammettere che la propieta aveva informato in anticipo questo evento a causa di un bug di Booking.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren im "Turchese" im Erdgeschoss: geräumig, sehr ruhig, gut ausgestattet, sauber, Blick in einen Garten. Es hat uns bestens gefallen. Da die Residenza zentral liegt (nicht weit von S. Michele), lässt sich Lucca von hier aus wunderbar immer wieder aufs Neue wunderbar erschließen.
