Beautiful apartment inside Lucca's walled city, fully equipped, Lucca is a small city, everything was a short walk away. Great powerful A/C (we went during the summer with 36oC)

The 2 single beds in one room were somewhat shaky... Comfortable, but unstable, made sleeping kind of awkward for my 2 daughters. Everything else was great!

Posizione ottima.

Arrivati il 29 dicembre, la temperatura in casa era di 12,5 gradi nessuno è venuto almeno il giorno prima per scaldare l’appartamento che, con temperature esterne tra gli 0 e i 9 gradi, alla sera del primo giorno era ancora piuttosto freddo. Abbiamo inoltre trovato una pozza d’acqua in cucina, dovuta ad un’infiltrazione dal tetto.

Bellissimo ma abbandonati a se stessi.

L'appartamento, luminoso e ristrutturato con gusto, era spazioso e comodo e si trova in un'ottima posizione rispetto alla stazione e al centro. Bellissimo il pavimento antico recuperato.

Purtroppo, la comunicazione con i gestori è stata pessima, il che ha creato non pochi disagi al mio arrivo in struttura, costringendomi a pagare un sovrapprezzo di euro 100 che avrei potuto evitare se avessero risposto alle mie mail e ai miei messaggi inviati 15 giorni prima del mio arrivo. Di fatto, ho contestato la richiesta di sovrapprezzo ma non mi avrebbero dato il codice di ingresso per ritirare le chiavi se non avessi pagato, quando ero già arrivata a Lucca e in prossimità dell'orario del check-in. Non avevo neppure avuto conferma se fosse pronta la camera e ho dovuto girare a vuoto con le valigie al seguito. Inoltre, anche se la colazione non era compresa, non abbiamo trovato neppure una cialda per la macchinetta del caffè in dotazione, né una moka. C'era il bollitore per l'acqua ma non un pentolino o un forno a microonde per scaldare il latte. L'acqua della doccia arrivava tiepida, non calda, e c'era una perdita costante che ha allagato il bagno di fronte al box. Da ultimo, ma non meno importante: l'appartamento è all'ultimo piano di una casa-torre: la luce delle scale, strette e ripide, si accende dal portone, entrando. Non c'erano interruttori su e bisognava scendere la buio, con la torcia del cellulare. Ho rischiato di cadere, è molto pericoloso. Non ho ricevuto altre informazioni in merito, l'host mi ha chiamata solo per chiedere soldi, ignorando tutte le mie richieste precedenti.

Logement au coeur du quartier historique de Lucques. Appartement vaste et relativement calme.

Check-in à faire en ligne avant l'arrivée, mais les informations ne sont données que le jour d'arrivée, alors même que nous sommes en déplacement. Par ailleurs, une somme forfaitaire de 30 euros est demandée, en lieu et place d'un état des lieux d'entrée et de sortie dont les conditions ne sont jamais précisées. Cette somme de 30 euros est un surcoût à la location. Equipement insuffisant : 1 seul trousseau de clés pour un logement de 6 personnes, et 1 seule télécommande en état de marche pour les 3 pièces climatisées. Aucune information malgré nos messages écrits et téléphoniques concernant les dysfonctionnements et la remise des clés.

La casa e’ molto centrale, carina e spaziosa. Molto pulita!

Non c’è’ nulla in dotazione, né sale, olio, sapone doccia, nulla. E va bene perche non e’ obbligatorio, ma almeno la carta igienica! C’ era un rotolo per quattro persone per tre giorni!! Trovo che gli ospiti abbiano diritto alla carta igienica inclusa per il tempo prenotato! Trovare in casa il minimo necessario e’ molto piacevole per l’ospite, costa poco per l’ospitante e rende il servizio da punteggio pieno!
