Huge space, clean and tidy, absolutely everything you could need. Lovely private terrace. Wifi, air con, coffee pods, laundry. The washing machine was broken when we tried it on day one, Luciano had replaced it with a new one the next day. Exceptional.

The apartment is very large – like a house. It was tastefully decorated and clean, with a large we-equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. There was air conditioning, three bedrooms, two smart TVs, and a lovely outdoor terrace. It was very cool during the July 2026 heat wave which we experienced in Lucca. It was very conveniently located – 10 minutes walk from the train station, 3 minutes walk to the historic wall around town, and 4 minutes walk to the main piazza – Piazza Napoleone, where we attended two concerts. The host (Luciano) was very friendly and communicative, and we really enjoyed our stay. We recommend staying at this apartment.
There was nothing that we dd not like.
