Lovely spacious modern apartment with great outdoor space to sit and enjoy the sun

Great outdoor space and living space over 2 floors. Really well presented apartment.

If cooking in a lot, more utensils would be handy as very limited and space for cooking also limited.

In general the apartment was OK.

Quiet area, clean building, not so far from city center.

Our apartment had an uncomfortable staircase between levels, the living room too small, the underground parking not for big cars/SUV's.

Great place but a bit far from train station, anyhow if ever come back to Lucca we would again stay in Luccain.

The property is great, a clean and equipped with all essentials.

The only thing we didn’t liked about this property is a location. Its bit a far from the train station, city and even grocery stores.

I liked this appartment and recommend it.

The appartment was very clean and well equipped. All rooms (living room, bedroom and bathroom) were very large. A lot of space. A balcony with a small table was additionally nice. The area around the hotel was very quiet. The walking distance to the old town is an additional profit, The hotel staff was very nice.

There was some problem with a correct hotel address and finding by GPS Lucca Inn (as it was written in Booking site) but thanks to detailed information obtained from hotel (SMS) I could find it.

Luccainn is located at an exceptional spot, to enjoy the Walled and New Town.

None supplied. I would have ranked Value for Money higher if some basic stuff was supplied. Milk, pastries, fruit etc

The mosquitos. Perhaps Luccainn could have suggested where to buy mosquito coils or provided it for us. The stove broke down one night but Luccainn responsed quickly and attempted to fix it the next day. So no complains there. These things do happen.

Very comfortable apartment with basement garage.

Very nice and friendly host. The apartment is big enough with a small balcony. There is parking in the basement, so our car was safe and cool every day. The building itself is close to the main streets were we could find everything we needed.

The balcony could have been a bit bigger and without the AC outdoor condenser.

Very nice establishment, great hosts, great city (Lucca) nearby.

The owners are really great. They were helpful in every way possible. They picked us up from the station because we came on the day of the local concert and it would have been difficult to get to the Inn. They answered tirelessly and politely all of my questions and booked me a cab to leave for the train station. They were very likeable also. The rooms are great for a family. The kitchen is equipped with all basic things one might need and the bathroom is beautiful. The bedroom is spacious and the attic with an extra double bed very inviting for children. The staircase to the attic is steep and therefore not suitable for people with any mobility difficulty. The a/c works great and keeps the place comfortable. Comfortable, elegant, well furnished, with plenty of closet and drawer space for travellers. A very nice apartment.

The establishment was outside the city limits and transportation was very difficult, at least for me, as i am older and not easy to move around. Some detailed directions with public transport to get to and from the city would have been helpful. Generally, it is not easy to stay there unless you have a car, which we rented two days later. There were some issues with the sensors on the stove, which were beeping when something touched them and took us a few days to figure out. These things happen, nobody's fault. I would very much have liked to have a greater abundance of supplies for our stay. I had to buy laundry detergent for one load, there was no coffee even for a day and the toiletries supplied were very limited. I realize it is at the discretion of the owner to supply or not, however, a minor cost would have made a big difference in our experience. When you pay about 180 per night and you buy toilet paper, it really doesn't feel good. I would also have liked a cleaning service, which wouldn't cost another 25 euros per time. It is really annoying to stay for a week and not have at least one interim cleaning. If the host cannot supply this, then at least have a bucket and mop in the house. By the end, and with two teenagers, I was walking on sticky substances that I did not care to identify. All of the above are written with the best possible intentions. With a little more thinking through and a minor addition to costs, this place could really rock it!!

Very nice apartment in Lucca for 4 people!

- very clean and well equipped apartment - good location to explore Lucca in quiet surroundings - parking possibilities very good - staff was very responsive and super friendly

- towels could be changed after 4-5 days - floors need to be cleaned after a week (or they need to provide a mop) - AC adjustments need some 'practicing'

A very nice, modern aparent with access to the garden, no balcony. Lucca is a lovely Town, 40 minutes drive from beach.

Abbiamo prenotato per 10 giorni e siamo stati benissimo. L'host è stato gentile e disponibile, anche nella risoluzione di problemi che non erano di sua competenza. L'appartamento è comodo, moderno, fornito di tutto ciò che serve e molto pulito, a due passi dalla cinta muraria di Lucca quindi in una zona non caotica come il centro storico ma vicinissima ad esso. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia visitare Lucca di soggiornare qui. Ultimo ma non di minore importanza: la struttura è fornita di un garage gratuito per i suoi ospiti.

Polecam! Pani w recepcji miła i pomocna. W hotelu Bardzo czyściutko, apartamenty zadbane, wyposażone w białe wyprane w pralniach ręczniki, suszarka do włosów, w salonie aneks kuchenny z potrzebnymi przyborami - brak czajnika do gotowania wody (ale korzystaliśmy z małego garnuszka) jest rozkładana sofa TV WiFi. Dla klientów oferują Parking oraz parking podziemny, na parterze Ogród oraz na -1 pralnia (2 pralki 2 suszarki automatyczne) deska do prasowania i żelazko w gratisie środki piorące. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w Lucca Inn. Po wejściu do windy hotelowej od razu dało się odczuć klimat ITALY ...piano...piano Za to blisko piekarnia jednak czynna tylko do 10.00 albo jak sprzedadzą towar 😄 sklepy 15 min pieszo podobny czas do starówki. Jedyny minus dla mnie to otoczenie, na które hotel i tak nie ma wpływu. Polecam
