We arrived very late, what we gain the day that they welcome us with a big smile and warm after a long traffic and exhausted of driving on the road, thanks again of being flexible. Apartment is near the road, easy of parking, very clean and confinement.

No elevator( we stay on the second floor, it's not easy for us of carrying on those luggages and kids) but it's ok

Es war kalt und etwas ungemütlich. Die Heizung war angestellt und es gab keine Decken/Bezüge. Es riecht etwas alt und muffig. Er war sehr hellhörig. Man hat Schritte und Geräusche sehr laut aus der oberen Wohnung gehört.

En 2 de las 3 habitaciones no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, y no lo arreglaron ni hicieron caso alguno(a 8 de agosto). Al segundo día dejamos de tener agua caliente y ni lo arreglaron ni hicieron caso alguno. Todos los dias nos quedábamos sin luz, pues no tenía potencia suficiente para todo el edificio. También nos cambiaron la clave de wifi para no poder acceder. Habían chinches en una habitación. Hay 2 baños y solo uno tiene ducha. El teléfono de contacto dejó de responder al segundo día de los 4 que estuvimos. Una experiencia totalmente desagradable.

- Sauberkeit: Worst (Schimmel an den Wänden wurde nur überstrichen) - Personal antwortet nicht auf meine Frage - Das Zimmer (Suite) ist zu feucht daher waren die Bettlaken von Anfang an sehr feucht und super unangenehm - Das Haus liegt direkt an der Straße (ohne Fußgängerzuweg => sehr gefährlich) - Geschirr war schmutzig

Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti presso la villa nell’appartamento al primo piano. L’appartamento così come l’intero stabile è completamente nuovo e ben arredato comprensivo di tutti i comfort che hanno reso il soggiorno molto gradevole Anche la posizione è molto comoda se si viaggia per lavoro o piacere nei dintorni Piacevolmente consigliato

Stupendo appartamento nelle campagne Toscane.

Bellissimo appartamento in una villa d’epoca ristrutturata di recente. Pulitissimo e spazioso. Ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare le maggiori attrazioni della Toscana. Il manager Luciano è stato molto gentile e veloce nelle risposte a tutte le nostre domande. Super consigliato.

Insufficienti prodotti disponibili in bagno e cucina (sapone e carta). Se posso dare un consiglio al gestore, mi assicurerei che questi siano siano sufficienti per tutta la durata del soggiorno la prossima volta. Per il resto è stato tutto perfetto!

Bel appartement tout neuf

Arrivée très facile grâce aux explications parfaites de l’hôte. Logement neuf et fonctionnel

L’appartement est tout neuf et tout y est bien agencé mais l’ambiance est assez froide et manque d’une touche cosy pour s’y sentir vraiment bien, par exemple un fauteuil dans la chambre à coucher… Le wifi bien que activé grâce au code et apparent sur le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas.

.struttura completamente ristrutturata e con arredi nuovi. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Appartenuto al primo piano con grande cucina attrezzata.

Purtroppo la posizione è molto vicino a strada statale, pertanto in caso di passaggio di mezzi rumorosi (per es. moto, oppure ambulanza con sirena come successo stanotte, o altro di simile). Servirebbe un telecomando o altro sistema per poter chiudere il cancello di ingresso, di modo che auto e/o eventuali oggetti al loro interno siamo protetti da malintenzionati (il cancello rimane aperto giorno e notte). Nella camera sarebbe utile avere un piccolo tavolino e magari 1 o 2 sedie
