Location was great.
The washing machine door was stuck shut. We had a lot of laundry to do so immediately contacted the host. We did not hear from them at all during our stay. The only messages we ever got were before check in and reminding us of our check out. Both messages were sent by an AI bot.
The air conditioning units didn't put out much cold air so were basically ineffective.

Estar intramuros pero con aparcamiento muy cerca
Ser un 4 sin ascensor puede ser un problema para personas con dificultades para caminar

Good location
Noisy despite double glazed windows
Access is hard work (steep & very narrow stairs) & not suitable if you have heavy luggage
Very poor kitchen utensils (no cutting board, only 2 wine glasses, old & worn pans etc)
Bed mattresses are heavily used / banana shaped
