The apartment suited our needs. 2 bedrooms with the option of an extra bed on the first floor. A small living room, dining area and kitchen. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a young and pleasant atmosphere. There were enough towels and cleaning supplies. Equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher (we didn't need to use them). The location of the apartment is within the walls of the old city, which is fun, and on the other hand, it is relatively close to walking distance to possible overnight parking within the walls.
The apartment is located in an original old building of the city of Lucca on the fourth floor (there are 4 flights of stairs). We knew about this in advance and for us, a couple with two children, it was not a problem. Parking inside the premises requires payment from 08:00 to 20:00 and up to a maximum of 2 hours.
We left the city during the day, but anyone planning to leave their car during the day should take into account that the paid parking period is limited, and it may be better to unload their staff and park nearby outside the walls.

La ubicación , es una de las mejores puntuaciones que puedo darle , también estaba limpio y las fotos son como el apartamento. El agua de la ducha es excelente , tiene bidet, y calefacción.
Las escaleras son muy verticales para subir , no son para cualquier persona . El ruido por la noche de la gente que transita se escucha como eco, pero supongo que al estar en la calle principal eso es inevitable. También nos llamó la atención que no tenga microondas, ni rallador , ni tabla , ni zumerà, ni tostadora, lo consulté al anfitrión y me comentó que esos son accesorios adicionales.
