Excellently location and facilities. We liked it so much we extended our stay

Instructions indicated there would be a key for a metal gate which wasn’t there. Had to contact host who responded immediately and advised of access solution

Stairs were challenging for my my partner who walks with a cane.

A lovely visit to Lucca!

The apartment is in a perfect location for exploring Lucca and beyond. A few minutes walk to the bus and train stations for day trips and nearby you'll find excellent cafes and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen ample for our needs, and the bathroom was very nice and clean.

The apartment is within a building without much of a view from the two windows. The location made it easy to use the local piazza and environs for fresh air and sunshine.

Lovely Lucca

Amazing apartment, well equipped, clean, and comfortable. We found it to be excellent value for money in a perfect location. Our host Jessica was very attentive, passing on all info required, replying quickly to any messages sent, and accommodating a very late checkout, which was very much appreciated. I would definitely book again

Excellent, clean and centrally located apartment. Great kitchen and bathroom. Great shower. A really enjoyed my stay and the LuccaStay host were really excellent and easily contactable.

I thought the terrace was private but was shared and the view wasn’t good.

Lovely new apartment in central location

Very new apartment in the center of town. Very nice kitchen with dish washer and new bathroom. Location was very central. Nice style overall. We felt really at home.

It can be quite noisy at night but that’s what you get in a central location. The A/C in the living room was broken, but I am sure it’s fixed by now.

not much storage space considering there is space for 4 adults within the property & WiFi didn’t work within the apartment

Una delle migliori esperienze!

Esperienza estremamente positiva! Abbiamo scelto questo appartamento per essere vicini alla Piazza Napoleone dove si svolgeva il Lucca Summer Festival e siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti quando abbiamo scoperto che l’appartamento è proprio sulla piazza e direttamente su uno degli ingressi all’area concerto. Pensate quanto è stato bello uscire dal portone e dopo pochi passi trovarsi sotto il palco. Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort, molto spazioso e pulito. Nota di merito anche a Jessica che è stata sempre disponibile dal momento della prenotazione fino alla fine del soggiorno rispondendo pazientemente ad ogni domanda. Tornerò sicuramente il prossimo anno
