Location and facilities. Helpful host.
Nothing we didn’t like. The weather was excessively hot and the air con was very good but the mezzanine bedroom in the loft was extremely hot. We worked out how to use the washing mch without a handle.

It was wonderful to be in the center of the phenomenal city of Lucca! Nice to have a washer and a simple kitchen. Air conditioning worked well! Simone was very responsive and helpful.
It was tight for 5 people in terms of living room space though having 2 good bedrooms and baths was nice. The 3rd bedroom is a loft with NO headroom and a ladder to reach it - not the best but we knew we would be in that situation.
