Location was excellent, short walk to one of the main piazza’s and near the bus station for day trips. Property was light and bright, the towels and bedding felt good quality and two bathrooms were very convenient. Nice little kitchen with everything you might need.

The central aircon was not working when we stayed there but portable units were provided. They were good if sitting very close but didn’t really cool down the apartment sufficiently, and they were very noisy so couldn’t use all night.

The courtyard wasn't clean. The tree needs attention. There was a washing machine which we did not know you had to manually add a second cycle of centrifugo....directions would have been great. The info left for the area was minimal. A map with point of interest and how to would have been great.

Heerlijk appartement op een toplocatie en met een fantastische host

Het appt (Alessandra) is vernoemd naar de lieve buurvrouw, die ook de droogbloemen heeft verzorgd in het appartement. De locatie is fantastisch; 3 min lopen naar de muren en 3 min de andere kant op lopen naar piazza San Michele, het hart van het historische centrum. En niet te vergeten op 10 meter lopen van trattoria Lucca a Tavola-heerlijk huisgemaakte pasta’s, brood, desserts, arancello en…eigenlijk maakt de famiglia alles zelf. De verse vis is ook een aanrader. Het appt heeft een terras aan de achterzijde maar deze heeft geen zon (october). Aan de voorzijde is het terras van buuv Alessandra, met uitzicht op het restaurant terras beneden. Super gezellig en om 22.30/23.00u is het meestal stil. Omdat de buurvrouw met vakantie ging mochten we op haar terras in het (ochtend- en middag)zonnetje zitten. Zo lief. Host Agnese - niets is haar teveel en ze reageert vriendelijk, snel en adequaat op vragen en verzoeken. Zo waren er binnen een dag een schaar en wijnglazen en binnen 3 dagen een soft topper voor op het kingsize bed. Het appartement is kleurrijk ingericht, ruim, netjes en schoon met ruim voldoende lekker zachte handdoeken, zitplekken en opbergplekken (en heel veel extra dekens al was het 22/23 graden). Een handige wasmachine, 2 droogrekken, strijkplank en -ijzer en een stofzuiger (de laatste zuigt vrij weinig op en is aan vervanging toe) Twee heel fijne en ruime douches/badkamers. In de keuken voldoende eet-en kookgerei, een oven, afwasmachine en een ruime koelkast met vriesvak. Top!

Wifi is zeer zwak en alleen in de woonkamer en keuken redelijk te noemen. In de slaapkamers is er geen bereik. Op Alessandra’s terrasje (buiten) is de wifi perfect. Het enige waar we echt niet blij mee waren - maar daar kan de eigenaar niets aan doen- waren de bovenburen die elke ochtend tussen 6.30 en 7.30 door het huis liepen, kasten open trokken en met meubels leken te schuiven. Twee kinderen die naar school moesten…vanaf einde middag tot 22u ‘s avonds hetzelfde. in de weekenden….de plafonds zijn erg dun en het geluid draagt erg ver. Dit is mijn derde bezoek aan Lucca in 10 jaar en ik vind het jammer te zien, dat veel lokale ondernemers het onderspit delven van ketens, er meer accommodaties zijn dan dat er mensen wonen en de huizenprijzen stijgen. Gelukkig zijn er nog vele authentieke winkels, gelateria en restaurants te vinden. Ik beveel dan ook aan zoveel mogelijk voor ‘local’ te kiezen.

Mycket bra läge, lugnt, rymligt, charmigt. Hiss fanns. Bra och detaljerad information i förväg. Karta med utmärkta förslag på mataffärer och restauranger.

Det enda minuset var att de två AC-anläggningarna i lägenheten var väldigt högljudda, annars var allt toppen.

Ho soggiornato con un gruppo di amici in questo appartamento durante il periodo del Lucca Comics. Inutile dire che la posizione è sicuramente il punto forte di questa casa, ma siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti in generale da tutto ciò che abbiamo trovato. L'appartamento era pulito, i letti molto comodi al contrario delle recensioni che avevamo letto e l'agenzia è stata sempre molto disponibile a rispondere alle nostre richieste.

Breve soggiorno a Lucca!

Posizione centralissima. Location dell'appartamento. Doppi servizi (anche se non finestrati), uno con doccia ampia. Biancheria a disposizione. Host presente fisicamente all'arrivo, spiegazioni esaustive.

Avremmo preferito trovare il quinto letto già pronto; almeno una bottiglia di acqua e del caffè (di "cortesia") in cucina, in alcuni punti la pulizia è da migliorare. Poco piacevole anche il dover portare i sacchetti differenziati fino ai cassonetti con tessere, soprattutto per soggiorni molto brevi; potrebbe essere un servizio incluso nel prezzo, come avviene in moltissime altre strutture simili.
