The room was beautifully laid out in the heart of Lucca. We really enjoyed our stay, checking in and out went super smoothly and our host was lovely and attentionate. We adored our stay there and would most definitely come back!

The location was great, charming building right in the amphitheatre
Weirdly inhospitable place to stay- WiFi didn’t work for the whole time we were there, no cups plates and cutlery in the kitchen (they are locked in a cupboard not for guest use).
When we raised the WiFi issue nothing was done- it was clear this property is managed remotely.
The door to our room was frosted glass meaning when other guests turn the hall light on at 2am your whole room illuminates. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. There are so many lovely places to stay in Lucca, probably pick somewhere else even for the price
