Location terrific and the view amazing. Airconditioning was good and apartment clean.

Very very tired apartment. Cracks in shower, walls are marked, bathroom small but badly laid out. In need of some love. Two days was fine but you wouldnt want to spend any longer and no more than a couple and one child max. There is 73 stairs and they are uneven to the Artists loft if you have an restrictions you will find it tough. The view is amazing though and so is the location

Quirky apartment in a great location. Great shower! Perfect place for a one night stay in Lucca. Lots of stairs to reach the apartment which was fine for us as we didn't have luggage.

The bathroom and the fridge in the apartment were exceptionally clean. My opinion would be that the rest of the apartment could do with a deep clean.

Fantastic location, clear instructions for entering the property, clean with everything you could need. Spectacular view from the windows. As the name suggests, it's a loft, so prepare for a lot of stairs. Enjoyed my visit and the city. Felt safe walking around in the evening as a solo traveller.

Location was good and the area was quiet with good amenities close by. The view from the large windows overlooking Lucca were exceptional and the best part of the accommodation.

Photographs of the apartment are obviously several years old as property/furniture etc. in need of decoration/replacement. Very tired furniture and lots of scuffed walls. Bathroom had mould around the shower cubicle, which also leaked badly and mildew on the curtains. Water pressure in bathroom almost non existent, very poor shower. Kitchen was very basic, no kettle and some of the kitchen utensils were dirty. Had to boil pans of water to make coffee. Attic apartment so (as mentioned) lots of stairs, not recommended for anybody with walking/health conditions. Stairs leading up to mezzanine bedroom are particularly steep and very dangerous for young children.
