Absolutely fantastic...could have stayed on and on! This was our third stay as a family at this superb house and we will be back again for sure. The house has plenty of space - more than enough for four adults and we wished that we had invited some friends too! As usual, Maria Cristina and Luca were the most wonderful and considerate hosts with excellent communication and, as expected, a the property was beautifully presented. We came back again without hesitation as this house is perfect for us: a high-quality self catering break in a secluded location that is not too far from local attractions, historic cities/towns, good for a bit of walking and running (I wish I'd brought a road and mountain bike too...) and with local restaurants if the mood took us. Fantastic all round and we are all recharged and raring to go. To be honest, we could have stayed and stayed in this traditional, homely, peaceful and very well equipped house.I'm so glad we chose to come back again - it was the right decision (I think we knew that anyway!). A huge thank you to Maria Cristina and Luca for another fantastic break at your super house. We will see you again soon.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this beautiful holiday home. The location is stunning, offering peace and tranquility that allowed us to fully relax and unwind. The house itself is creatively and tastefully decorated, which made us feel right at home. Everything was perfectly clean and all the amenities we needed were readily available. We last stayed here in 2017 and were looking for somewhere we knew would be good for a post-pandemic travel restriction week in the sun - we were not disappointed. Maria Cristina and Luca are fantastic hosts, their property is beautiful and secluded and there is much to do in the area (Lucca, Pisa, Florence all within easy driving distance)...or you can just enjoy soak up the calming atmosphere by the pool! Children (17 and 16) thought it was great (again) too. Very many thanks for a special week.

We stayed at Casa Alice for a week and were completely thrilled. The house is surrounded by an olive grove and the whole property is very well maintained. The pool is very clean and there are enough sun loungers to relax. Under the pergola you can eat and have an aperitif even in hot weather. The whole house is lovingly furnished and very clean. We were personally and warmly welcomed and invited for a glass of prosecco by the landlords. This was a great way to start our holiday. The sea and cities like Lucca and Pisa are within short driving distance. And dogs are also allowed on the property. We had a very nice stay and can only highly recommend this location.

We stayed at Villa Alice for 6 weeks in mid June to the end of July and it was a great house to settle into and visit the surrounding area. We hosted some family and friends and it worked out great. We spent many evenings outdoors enjoying the scenery and gardens and we used the grill and pool often. The surroundings are beautiful, peaceful and we went on many walks up the mountain in the mornings. Maria, Luca and their daughter, are very receptive and kind. The house is very authentic and decorated tastefully. We had a fantastic stay!

The house was very well equiped and gave us a genuin Tuscan feeling. Bedrooms and bathrooms was i very good condition. There was all that we needed during our stay.

We stayed in this beautiful holiday home in august 2019. The owners are very friendly, and welcomed us with some Prosecco. Every day we went on an excursion (Pisa, Firenze, 5 Terre, Montecatini, Viareggio, ...). In the late afternoon we relaxed at the pool. Although there were some problems with the pool it was fixed in a day or two. Things happen sometimes... In short : very nice house, with all necessary accomodations, great views, with enough excursions to do in the surroundings (within a range of 50 km - or an hour drive). Greet, Eric and kids

Fabulous property, better than pictures, beautiful, peaceful location with lots to do within a easy drive. Pool lovely, beds very comfortable and house well equipped. Would highly recommend.
