Old villa in the countryside of Lucca at 6 kilometers from the historic city center. It is located in the middle of a farm of five hectares cultivated with vineyards and meadows. It has been built in the sixteenth century and still retains the charm of country villas in which the noble families of Lucca spent the summer holiday. Surrounded by a garden and a park with old trees of over 2000 square meters, the guests, guarantees peace and privacy. E 'on two floors with a floor area of about 280 square meters: the ground floor are the best places for lunch and kitchen, first floor living room, study and bedroom. The villa has not been the subject of recent internal restructuring and therefore retains floors, decor, finishes and furnishings of the past centuries; most of the furniture are original and date back to the nineteenth century. The surrounding countryside offers pleasant occasions for excursions in search of ancient churches or typical farms where taste wines d. O.C. Lucca hills. The sea, the Versilia and Pisa about 30 km away, Florence is accessible by highway and is about 90 km.
