Holiday rental Alla Piazzetta Proprietà is a beautiful stone building (140 sq m) that includes air conditioning, private pool and internet. The property can accommodate up to 11 guests comfortably in five bedrooms with two bathrooms. Alla Piazzetta Proprietà is located in Palmata, Italy and only 14 km (8 mi) from Lucca in the tourist area "Lucca And Surroundings".
The property is composed of 3 apartments (NOT communicating internally), each with its own independent entrance and one of them is uninhabited.
What to Expect
Upon arrival you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a splendid vacation in Tuscany. After a busy day of visiting museums, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to relax at the end the day. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a barbecue grill and playground. Dining with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your holiday. The kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to 11 people. Dine 'al fresco' like a real Tuscan, the fully furnished terrace is the perfect setting to enjoy food, family and the beautiful Tuscan weather.

Con un gruppo di amici abbiamo trascorso le vacanze di Capodanno alla proprietà la Piazzetta. Ci siamo trovati molto bene,gli appartamenti sono ben curati,puliti e provvisti di ogni confort,lavatrice,lavastoviglie, camino,e televisori in ogni stanza.
Il proprietario Federico, molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra necessità. Lo ringraziamo vivamente.

We spent a very pleasant time, the apartments are well maintained, clean and equipped with every comfort, washing machine, dishwasher, fireplace, and televisions in every room.

het was een prima huisje. Jammer dat het eigenlijk twee aparte huisjes waren. Dit was voor ons onvoldoende duidelijk. Jammer als je met een gezelschap gaat.
