The hotel is perfectly located between Pisa and Luca. We were looked after by the friendliest, most helpful man we met on our travels, he told us about Lucca and suggested we ride around on biked which was wonderful! Good restaurant and lovely breakfast, highly recommended

Excellent Stay and Friendly Staffs

Almost everything. Amazing location, rooms were spacious, super clean with amenities. Even the bathroom was cozy. Flexible and friendly staffs. Tasty breakfast.

I wouldn’t call it as a negative or dislike, but the breakfast isn’t a buffet type as most of the hotels have. They staffs serve a defined set of items to the table. We personally prefer a buffet breakfast so we eat what we like, but not the ones we prefer less. Not being a buffet also made the variety very limited.

Pleasant stay, local culture touch, greate value for monay.

Very good hotel for us, we stayed one night (in transit). The village nearby is very lovely, we had nice walk around after one day long driving. The dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was also very good, same the breakfast. Nice staff. The room is very comfortable, and bathroom super great (as 5 starts hotel). So really a pleasant stay. I recommend.

Pleasant

Good breakfast, although as everywhere in Italy it is mostly sweets (some are made by Carlos I believe). But you can order some bread or yoghurts if you like, Carlos is very attentive. Close to both Pisa and Lucca (if you have a car).

Bit noisy next to the road (bring ear plugs) and the mattrass of the bed was bit too hard for my taste, but that's personal prererence. At 77 euro/night as we paid not great value for money in my opinion, given the location, facilities and views. For 50 euro/night or less for 2 persons it would have been a good deal as a road-side hotel for a quick stop-over.

Great option to explore Lucca and Pisa

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations on where to for example park for free in Lucca. The rooms were comfortable and the location nice- halfway between Lucca and Pisa. The breakfast was nice and their coffee is great.

The rooms are a bit outdated, but still nice, especially the bathroom.

Comfortable accomodation with great restaurant

Cosy and clean room. Great breakfast with lot of variety and great coffee. Very good restaurant with lot of sea food specialities. Helpfull owner. Plenty of private parking spaces.

If you are not a big fan of AC and prefer opened windows in the night, the road can be quite noisy. We were woken up during the night by motorbike drivers. If you close the windows, the problem disappears

The room was clean and comfortable. The wi-fi was good. The breakfast was good. We had our diner at the restaurant which was very good. Nice view from the balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful the room we booked did not really met our expectations (room for 3 persons was dark and had a very small balcony with view on the parking) and they changed it without problems.

the pictures of the balcony and view for our triple room shown on booking was not the same otherwise everything ok.

Le restaurant de l'hotel. Il y faisait très froid ce qui n'est pas agréable quand on mange. Et quel bonheur de voir la patronne du restaurant (enfin je pense que c'était la patronne....) se gratter ce qu'elle a entre les dents avant de vous servir !!! beurk !!! et cela sans compter le fait que l'on entendait qu'elle parler très fort ...brailler serait plutot le terme Le petit déjeuner n'est pas top

Locatie midden in centrum. Tegen meerprijs een parkeerplaats op binnenplaats was echt fijn om je motoren niet aan de openbare weg te zetten. Goed restaurant met een hele ruime menukaart. goed ontbijt

Dat zie je in veel hotels een te kleine douchecabine en douchekop die niet goed werkt en niet goed of helemaal niet past op de montage stang en deuren die niet goed werken.

Sehr gut aber Potenzial nach oben. Nettes Personal !

Es war Sauber, es gab einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer um sich Getränke zu kühlen. Die Dusche 🚿 war klasse 👍🏽, wir hatten einen tv Firestick mit und war auch kompatibel mit dem tv vor Ort. Das Internet könnte etwas schneller sein. Aber ansonsten alles ok. Ist halt sehr mediterran eingerichtet. Das Zimmermädchen kam jeden Tag und hat das Bett gemacht.

Die Badezimmer Lüftung ist unserer Meinung nach nicht ausreichend. Die Klimaanlage ist etwas laut.

Das Personal ist super nett und freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage im grünen sehr ruhig.

Leider hat das Restaurant am Sonntag nicht geöffnet. Aber es gibt sehr gute Restaurants im Ort im Umkreis von 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
