The perfect place for a family vacation. Beautiful views, peace amidst nature, and the sound of cicadas. The owner is very hospitable, communicative, and happy to advise on what to see and do. The apartment is spotless, and there's a clean pool. They also offer good wine and olive oil. I highly recommend it, and I hope to come back.

Great location with amazing views. Good access to much of the Tuscan countryside and the sea. Owner is kind, informative, and environmentally conscious.

Access along road was difficult due to overgrowth.

Unfortunately the access road is quite difficult and, for me, almost impossible after dark. Anything bigger than a medium sized car would find the road impassable.

It was a very nice spot on a hill with a beautiful view and refreshing swimming pool. Jullio was very nice and welcoming. He cooked an amazing dinner for us!

what can I say, Guilio’s farm is just incredible. the self contained apartment was perfect, air conditioned and had everything we needed. The pool and Guilio’s hospitality is the icing on the cake. incredible views of Pisa and a truly special place for you to relax and forget about the outside world. Guilio is an amazing person and his strive for sustainability is incredible. The whole farm is self sustainable and powers itself. from the electricity to heating the water for your shower, everything is done on site. We decided to have dinner on the farm on our last night and what can I say, incredible. we had a 4 course meal which Guilio prepared for us, using local produce and with Guilio’s own wine. It was a perfect end we to our wonderful stay. Guilio’s communication is outstanding and he is always at the end of the phone if you need something. Nothing is too much for Guilio and he even let us stay a little longer on the day of checkout as our flight didn’t leave until later afternoon. Thank you Guilio for sharing your heavenly piece of Tuscany with us. we will definitely be back!

Vår vistelse på Agriturismo La Grotta med värden Giulio var verkligen något utöver det vanliga. Boendet ligger otroligt vackert – med en fantastisk vy över det toskanska landskapet som är lika vilsam som inspirerande. Giulio har verkligen skapat något unikt här – med omtanke om både miljön, växtligheten och sina gäster. Han är engagerad, hjälpsam och genuint mån om att man ska trivas. Oavsett om det gäller tips på dagsutflykter, vandringar eller bara små detaljer i vardagen, finns han där och hjälper gärna till. Poolområdet är avslappnat och harmoniskt, och för den som gillar att röra på sig är backen upp till boendet en perfekt löputmaning! Läget är dessutom idealiskt – med närhet till Lucca, Pisa och flera charmiga små byar att utforska. Nie wracam do obiektó, w którym już wcześniej gościłem. tu chciałbym wrócić.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja na zboczach - z ogrodu widać krzywą wieżę w Pizie. Jest tez chłodniej niż w dolinie. Zajmowaliśmy niezależny dom piętrowy, który był duży i wygodny, nie brakowało niczego a jeśli zabrakło drobiazgów w kuchni gospodarz zawsze to uzupełniał. Przyjaciele zajmowali dwupokojowy apartament z tarasem i również byli zadowoleni. Z każdego miejsca są zapewnione fantastyczne widowi na morze, Pizę i całą dolinę a sam oliwny gaj jest urzekający. Basen jest dość duży i czysty. Pamiętajcie, że to nie hotel a agroturismo więc nie wszystko jest idealne właśnie takie ma być. Wszystko rekompensuje cisza i spokój oraz widoki. Obiekt jest w całości zasilany solarnie ale nigdy nie było braku prądu czy wody. Również wi-fi jest dobre. Giulio zwraca szczególną uwagę na ekologię - to dotyczy energii, śmieci, ścieków etc. dlatego uszanujcie to.

Chyba nic poważnego - były drobiazgi jak zawsze ale nie chce mi się do nich wracać - najwyraźniej były mało istotne.

Fantastisk, autentisk ophold i verdensklasse natur

Meget autentisk sted! Fuldstændig uspoleret natur og i de mest fantastiske omgivelser. Vært er super informerende og god til at lave en forventningsafstemning inden afrejse samt virkelig hjælpsom hvad angår lokale anbefalinger af seværdigheder og restauranter. Olivenlunden på stedet havde også appelsin og grapefrugt træer. Vi købte tilmed værtens egen vin og olivenolie som produceres og sælges på stedet.

Einzigartige Unterkunft inmitten der Natur

Eine einzigartige Unterkunft abseits von Stress und Touristenmassen – mitten in der Natur. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war erfrischend und bot ausreichend Liegen. Besonders praktisch: Vor Ort konnten wir hervorragenden Wein kaufen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Das Apartment war auf einer Seite leider etwas hellhörig und die Nachbarn deutlich hörbar. Vielleicht waren diese auch einfach laut.
