The house can be rented in two versions - either the whole house for max. 7 persons or the version for max. 4 persons, i.e. ground floor and basement (the 1st floor remains closed). Recommendations and day trips: The owners offer (on payment) a transfer from the airport to the holiday home or other day trips (English-speaking driver). A public swimming pool, tennis club and golf driving ranch are located nearby (Vicopelago 6 km). There is even a riding stable in the village of S. Maria del Giudice.There are numerous hiking trails in the vicinity of the house. For the fitter ones, we recommend the "Passo di Dante", a wonderful vantage point with panoramic views onto Pisa and the sea.Casa Viviani is an ideal starting point for visiting the most important art cities in Tuscany such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena.
