My first visit to Italy in many years! We loved the traditions building with quaintness. Warm welcome and location just inside the walled city of Lucca. Communication was prompt before arrival and during. Great messaging through Expedia and made accommodation with different arrival times/access was easy and response impressive. We were comfortable, enjoying our stay.
