Casa Claudette in center town with terrace

We loved the size and the outside space. The bed was great and the storage for our clothes welcome. Flooring was clean.

Shower was not good. Plastic screen stuck to us when in use and when not used water sprayed all over the floor. Sofa was not comfortable.

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable with well-appointed furnishings, and the large terrace is lovely. It is equipped with everything needed for everyday life, and the beds are super comfortable. Tania and the other office employees were especially attentive and courteous, and did their best to resolve issues with the internet and refrigerator as they occurred. And of course, the location of the apartment is a fabulous amenity!

1. WiFi/internet!! The small router stopped working four times and required recharging and replacement. This was very inconvenient for using WiFi to conduct work meetings and for personal use, as the router was usually not replaced until the next day. WiFi needs to be unlimited and dependable! 2. The refrigerator is too small and outdated! The tiny freezer iced over several times, preventing the door to the refrigerator from closing properly and requiring the ice build-up to be scraped off. 3. There should be no extra charge for changing linens and towels, particularly for long stays, as this is routine in most establishments. More than one dish towel would be appreciated, as well as a few old cleaning towels in the storage closet. 4. The shower curtain is not really adequate for such a small shower. A base with a higher rim, or an enclosed glass shower would be very helpful.
