Position was terrific for Lucca Italian School , handy to the centre , attractions and restaurants. Facilities mostly good - great to have washing machine, equipped kitchen and some basics in cupboard . Communication with owner prompt.
Kitchen sink blocked (v slow to drain) and I could not change settings on TV. I alerted Francesco at start of 6 day stay but these things were not fixed. Note in Lucca visitors pay €3.50 per guest for max of 3 nights, unclear from owner.

Appartamento molto accogliente e pulito. Situato in centro città e alla portata di tutti i servizi necessari .
Non è adatto per persone anziane perché è posizionato in uno stabile antico e senza ascensore ed è al secondo piano.
