Appartamento molto accogliente e pulito. Situato in centro città e alla portata di tutti i servizi necessari .
Non è adatto per persone anziane perché è posizionato in uno stabile antico e senza ascensore ed è al secondo piano.

The apartment was clean and tidy and in a good location easy to get around Lucca.
Key for the door was sometimes a little difficult to turn. Two flights of stairs, no lift, but not a problem for us as we only had hand baggage. Had to run hot water in kitchen or shower first for it to work in bathroom sink. Again, not a problem and it is an old property.

Location was good and apartment was good. Also the owner was really helpful on how to get in the apartment.
However, the apartment includes air-conditioning but this is not added as a facility on the booking. So the air-conditioning wasnt working at all in mid June and we needed to have windows open in a very noisy neighborhood. I contacted the owner for fixing this but the technician never came to fix it. So to any future customers of the apartment keep this in mind.
