Very memorable and happy stay in the accomodation , really felt like an authentic experience.

Location fabulous, Paolo was very nice and tried to get us food as we arrived late, but everywhere was closed. A lesson for next time , but a great guy and couldn't be more helpful. the old building, exposed bricks, the location , the views, the sound in teh morning. Paolo was lovely as was everyone we met. Overall i'd go back again.

Some more pots/equipmen for cooking but apart from taht it was great.

Lovely accomodations inside walled city

Very roomy, good amenities, excellent location inside the walled city, washing machine, AC was a great help given the scorching temperatures. Every room was individually controlled so that was a bonus.

The description says 3 bedrooms but there are only 2, with the second being a sofa bed, but comfortable. There maybe a third bed in the living room, but that's not a bedroom.

One day spent in lucca

Very well located, with a window facing towards anfiteatro, even though the town is quite small and any location between piazza napoleon and anfiteatro should be a great option. Paolo is nice and very helpful

The apartment is a little bit outdated inside. Even though the space is quite generous (the main reason to book it if you’re travelling with kids for example), it losses a lot in terms of impression; really believe the owner should replace asap some items. Starting with towels and finishing with sofas. Also i really believe that a decent tv with cable channels and netflix should be a standard nowadays.

Bellissimo soggiorno nel cuore di Lucca

Appartamento delizioso situato in una posizione centralissima della città di Lucca, sopra alla piazza più attiva (bar, ristoranti, locali notturni ecc.) e comodissima per girare qualsiasi punto a piedi. Appartamento adeguato per ospitare 6 persone, il signore che ci ha accolto è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Unica cosa che consiglierei, un po’ da rinnovare gli asciugamani e di garantire per ciascun ospite sia l’asciugamano da doccia che quello per il viso/mani e intimo.

Costi extra a sorpresa, non graditi dal sottoscritto: ho pagato e non hanno nemmeno pulito

Bene: location autenticamente spettacolare, appartamento molto ampio, bottiglia di vino omaggio (faceva schifo, onestamente... e il vino bianco va in frigo, ma è sempre apprezzato in quanto omaggio).

Prenoto per quattro (4) persone, per due notti. Abbiamo due ospiti (me e un'amica) la prima notte. Abbiamo quattro ospiti la seconda notte. Totale: sei (6) persone transitano per l'appartamento; due (2) la prima notte e quattro (4) la seconda notte. Non comprendo perchè ho dovuto € 50 aggiuntivi (senza peraltro ricevuta) al titolare. L'ho fatto inavvedutamente e quello che è emerso è che nessuno è venuto a pulire e cambiare gli asciugamani, così gli ospiti della seconda notte (cioè i quattro) hanno dovuto usare risorse proprie. Molto strani questi € 50 aggiuntivi, anche perché se veramente il check-in fosse stato per sei persone, allora perché la tassa di soggiorno per quattro (4) ospiti, come del resto prenotato, è rimasta invariata? Se mi fai pagare € 50 extra come se avessi fatto il check-in per sei (6) persone, allora come minimo mi devi dare i servizi per sei (6) persone... e allora avresti dovuto chiedermi anche tassa di soggiorno per sei persone... invece tassa per quattro e check-in per sei, ma in quell'appartamento non ci sono stati mai più di quattro persone a dormire. E, comunque, con due tornate di ospiti (una da due e una da quattro) e le tasse pagate per quattro, comunque un cambio asciugamani si può fare (considerando che c'erano sei asciugamani *totali* nella casa). Quindi non posso dare valutazione positiva e chiedo a Booking di rimborsare differenza di prezzo.

La posizione, cucina soggiorno molto ampia, calda e ben ristrutturata

Mancanza del bidet. Due stanze matrimoniali ma in una c'era il divano letto non così comodo. Nel soggiorno altro divano letto scomodo.
