The apartment is clean and well appointed. With ample room for 4 adults, the location was in a quieter residential area, only moments from the main Lucca tourist attractions and steps from the Wall. Although offering no parking, it is available for free just a short stroll outside the Porta di San Jacopo. The best part of this apartment is definitely the terrace. For Lucca a terrace with such great space and cover is hard to find.

This apartment is stunning and very centrally located in Lucca, just a short walk to the main shopping and dining area, but in a quiet street with little noise. The beds are really comfy and the aircon was very welcome in 39 degrees! Would highly recommend
you could leave some coffee and water as a welcome pack, especially for those arriving late

Very clean, comfortable beds, great kitchen and amazing terrace.
Please consider those who are sensitive to scents and remove all scented accessories.

The Casa Lavinia suited us very well.
It is in a quiet location and the veranda was excellent.
We left some clothes in the apartment and Christina arranged for them to be delivered to us at our hotel in Rome.
The TV remote control was missing which meant that we could not watch TV after a day out.
Christina tried to find another one but without success.
Unfortunately there is only one shower in the apartment and it would be very good if the other bathroom could be adapted to include another walk in shower or at least an enclosure round the bath with a wall shower.
