Beautiful accommodation in a quiet location, ideal for families and longer stays.

The host was very nice and accommodating. There is a bar by the pool serving regional, homemade products. The apartment was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also very spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool is well maintained and offers a beautiful view. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet and relax.

The resort is somewhat remote, located on a small mountain and only accessible to experienced drivers. In summer, the rooms can get quite warm as there is no air conditioning.

Highly recommended place!

Overall it's a great place to stay, very comfy and cozy apartment with superb view. Super friendly and helpful owner. it is very peaceful and quiet place, the venue is located on the top of a hill away from the village, nice and easy 20 minutes walk. Our apartment "Olive" is equipped with a modern fireplace, it works very smoothly, so in the dark we were watching burning wood instead of staring at a smartphone's screen :-) We were travelling with our dog, and were very particulary pleased with our apartment's delicately fenced front yard. It is great to have your very own space when you travel with a dog. Super extra to avoid "Who let the dog out!" screams :-)

Three tiny improvements would make the place even better: 1) I'd recommend the owner to replace cold-light LED bulbs, they are a quite a bit too harsh for eyes in the evening. Warm 2700K light IMHO would suite the apartment a lot better; 2) An extra sofa in Olivia's kitchen/living room to sit next to the fireplace would be a great addition; 3) The bed in the bedroom is flimsy. It works perfectly well for sleeping, but "physical activity" can easily ruin it :-) Anyway, we really enjoyed our stay, there was nothing to complain about. Great place!

The Location is very beautiful, serene and quiet. Laura is a very friendly and helpful host and we felt very welcome at her place. She does everything to make your stay pleasant and also offers a fantastic breakfast with local produce for a very good price. I would recommend to stay at Il Pino anytime.

We had a great stay at a nice place with a really kind host.

The host, Laura, gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and was really nice and helpful. Everything was organized perfectly. The accommodation is great and perfect for a longer stay as it offers everything you could need for your holidays: a nice pool with bar, table tennis, darts and bikes for rental. It’s also located perfectly for exploring the surrounding area and cities by car (Pisa, Lucca, the mountains). The breakfast is highly recommended.

sadly the host burn COAL at low temperature resulting in an immense amount of pollution. The first few days the wind blew it away ….. however on our last night it was horrid. So sad, as it is a classic rural retreat …. we spoke to the host and voiced our objection but she seemed as if no one had ever mentioned it before. black thick smoke nearly 24/7 …. we do not recommend.

Amazing place with the spirit. Even cloudy and foggy November morning seems special. Can't even imagine how great is in summer time. Calm and charming surrounded by nature and not far from sea or ancient towns. Owner is super woman. Only best reviews! Hope to come back.

A perfect stay in a wonderful, friendly accommodation!

Apart from the challenging last kilometer to Il Pino, the location is perfectly located on top of a hill with a perfect view. The pool is on top of the hill, surrounded bij trees and plants. There is always a refreshing breeze in the afternoon. The appartments are very roomy, well furnished and equipped with all the necessaries. Laura really is the perfect hostess: friendly, helpfull and offering al the services that you might want.

Great get-away in the Italian Hills

Amazing location up in the hills. Beautiful apartments with everything you need. Very clean. Superfriendly owners! Great pool at the top of the estate. I wish we could’ve stayed longer!! We were there with our family and dog. Really hope to come back one day!

Il Pino is really perfect located in the Tuscany hills. The hosts are very customer friendly. We had an apartment with a magnificent view. We saw each evening the sun going down. The swimming pool is big, so you can really swim in the swimming pools. The apartment was big enough. We were 10 nights at Il Pino and we loved it.

With really no disrespect to the our customer friendly hosts, the bath room is a bit outdated.

ein wunderschöner Urlaub, mitten in der Toskana

Die Unterkunft war total schön und die Gastgeberin sehr nett und herzlich. Die Unterkunft hat mehrere kleinere Appartments, aber jedes hat seinen eigenen Außenbereich, sodass man, wenn man Ruhe möchte diese auch bekommt. Die Gastgeberin ist immer vor Ort, ist für alle Fragen immer offen und gibt sich sehr viel Mühe. Das Frühstück was sie zubereitet ist auch sehr gut. Die kleine Bar am Pool ist total süß. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft liegt abgelegen auf einem Berg, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat, da die Aussicht traumhaft war.

Die Unterkunft an sich könnte noch gemütlicher eingerichtet sein. Letztendlich hat uns das aber nicht gestört, es ist alles da was man braucht.

Wat een aandacht voor details in het appartement. Er ontbreekt je aan niets. Ons appartement was erg ruim. Je kunt eventueel ook nog ontbijt tegen betaling bestellen. Laura doet dit met veel zorg en passie. Je voelt je thuis. Erg fijn!

Lontano dall'overtourism

Agriturismo in piena natura, per chi ama il silenzio, la tranquillità e i gatti. L'appartamento è ampio, pulito e confortevole. La piscina, situata in posizione elevata e circondata da ulivi, è molto ben curata con acqua sempre pulita. Complimenti a Laura per la gentilezza, per la buona gestione della struttura e per la qualità dei prodotti che abbiamo avuto modo di acquistare (olio, prugne, fichi). Ottima posizione per visitare le città d'arte, i piccoli borghi e i luoghi naturali, a piedi, in auto e in mountain-bike.

Ruhiges Hideaway in strategischer Lage

Das hundefreundliche Agriturismo Il Pino liegt versteckt im Hinterland zwischen Oliven und Robinien und bietet sich für alle an, die Ruhe suchen und entspannen wollen. Wir haben von dort Tagesausflüge ins nahe gelegene Lucca und zu den Stränden gemacht und sind morgens und abends in dem wunderbaren (und tiefen) Pool geschwommen. Laura ist eine sehr freundliche und engagierte Gastgeberin, bei der wir uns gleich willkommen fühlten. Lediglich Gäste mit großen Wohnmobilen könnten mit der engen Zufahrt Probleme bekommen.

Ruhig gelegen am Hang, schöne, saubere Unterkunft - perfekt zum Erholen nach Erkundung der Umgebung. Das Frühstück, nach eigenen Vorstellungen zusammengestellt, wird zum Zimmer gebracht, so dass man auf der eigenen Terrasse frühstücken kann. Schöner großer Pool zum Entspannen und Erfrischen. Ein ganz toller Aufenthalt!

Das Konzept mit dem Formular, Wünsche für das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen eintragen zu können, was man gerne möchte, fanden wir sehr gut. Es war immer alles frisch und individuelle Wünsche hat sie immer berücksichtigt. Die Lage ist top, der Pool immer sehr sauber und alles war einfach liebevoll gepflegt. Die Inhaberin der Anlage war immer bemüht,, den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Ihre Ratschläge für Tagesausflüge waren sehr wertvoll. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Einfach top!

Ein schöner Ort hoch über Freddana-Monsagrati! Ein toller, sehr sauberer Pool mit Blick auf die schöne Berglandschaft. Unsere Wohnung mit Terrasse war besonders liebevoll restauriert. Laura war eine unglaublich hilfsbereite und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie las uns unsere Wünsche von den Augen ab! Jeden Morgen gab es ein liebevoll üppiges Frühstück, auch mit Produkten aus eigener Herstellung! Einfach super!

Herrliche Ferienanlage in der Nähe von Lucca

Die Anlage ist wunderschön gelegen und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool liegt traumhaft schön, an der höchsten Stelle der Anlage mit einem atemberaubenden Blick in das Tal. Unsere Wohnung war sehr geräumig, top-gepflegt und sauber. Das Frühstück ist köstlich und eigentlich viel zu günstig. Man kann jeden Tag etwas anderes bestellen, sodaß einem auch nicht langweilig wirkt. Laura, die Wirtin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen wieder.
