Maria Teresa Cottage was originally a farm building that the owners then renovated and turned into a pleasant holiday cottage. It is located in the hills overlooking the plain where the town of Lucca stands and which is just a few minutes' drive away. Surrounded by olive groves, woods and small vineyards. Pleasant panoramic view stretching as far as Mount Serra. Peaceful but not completely isolated and with a secondary road that passes a little further down from the property. On the side facing the valley is a fenced-in lawn with garden furniture and swimming pool (8x4, 1.00-1.35m deep) (01/05-30/09), with an outdoor shower, shaded paved terrace with table and chairs ideal for outdoor dining, wood-burning oven and barbecue. Nice furnishings with country style furniture. 3 hours cleaning/week are included in the price. The accommodation has central heating and Wi-Fi internet access.
