The house is surrounded by a 500 sq.-sized garden, completely fenced, which allows guest to enjoy their holidays in full relax.There is at the exclusive use of the guests a wonderful, set in earth, 5x9m, depth: 1.40m, swimming pool, equipped with deckchairs, sun-umbrella and a covered veranda with a table, chairs and barbeque for your dining al fresco.The owners live in an apartment on the ground floor and will respect the guests’ privacy to the full. Parking within the grounds, wifi included.Day-trips!Guests will find the calm of a country house but have also the convenience of a nearby grocery and restaurant (300m), to reach the historical centre of Lucca by car in a few minutes (5km).
