Awful stay

The view from the swimming pool and the terrace. Not far from Pisa Tower

Cold welcome. Small bedrooms, all bedrooms ares connecting: awful, lot of noise from neighbours until midnight. Hard beds. Smelling pipes in the bathroom. Old shower cabin. Swimming pool not cleaned, lot of little flies. Breakfast: food not protected from flies. Tennis court not maintained. Must have been an superb hotel 20 years ago but it is not maintained at this level anymore.

Beautiful Hotel

We were surprised on arriving how beautiful it was here. Very family oriented as they had bikes, scooter, toys, games etc all laid out in a large covered area. The infinity pool was very inviting and looked out over the hills. The main villa was beautiful and to our surprise when we arrived, we were given a free upgrade to one of the fabulous rooms in the villa.

Unfortunately the restaurant is closed on a Monday night!

fine place, will book again next time

spacious rooms, we had two doubles next to each other. Clean, comfortable, good airco and shower, nice patio in front of the room, large swimming pool. Friendly hosts, great place for breakfast and dinner (good value for money)

Very nice place and big swimming pool. The little village is very quiet and it can easily be reached by bus from Pisa. The accommodation is good and very clean. Good breakfast.

The place can be very noisy. There were a party at swimming pool with loud music. The rooms can communicate but ours could not be locked with the others one and walls are very thin. We came there to have rest but the night was too noisy ...

Really nice place to stay for more than just a day. The people are nice, the nature is amazing, extraordinary view, really great swimming pool, rooms are very clean, extra services (like extra towels for swimming pool use etc).

Location

Rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo. Camere ricavate da spazi inadeguati. Muri sottili, si sentiva tutto quello che succedeva nella camera di fianco come se fosse nella mia camera, la separazione tra le camere è solo una porta di legno vecchio chiusa a chiave. Colazione con prodotti confezionati e ristorante chiuso nel periodo di prenotazione, preavviso della chiusura del ristorante minimo. Mi hanno rimborsato 100 euro ma devo ancora vederli sul conto.wifi non funzionante. data la vicinaza con prati e boschi e le porte decisamente vecchie e prive di isolamento inevitabilmete trovi insetti in camera. Mi va bene tutto ma per un servizio di questo tipo al massimo 25 euro a testa a notte. Non di più. Noi avremmo dovuto pagarne quasi 60.

struttura invidiabile, giusto mix tra moderno ed antico. colazione giusta, varia sia di dolce che salato. posizione per noi è stata top xke a 15 minuti di auto dal centro di lucca camera spaziosa e fornita di tutto, aggiungerei solo un frigo bar che fa sempre comodo

Super hotel

Très bel hôtel dans un petit village avec vue sur la montagne et forêt environnante mais restant à 15min de Lucques et de Pise. Tres bon restaurant abordable sur place ouvert du mardi au samedi. Bon petit déjeuner. Le personnel est très sympathique: il n’y avait pas de frigo dans la chambre mais ont accepté de stocker la nourriture de ma fille de 14 mois dans le frigo de la cuisine, ont aussi accepté gentiment de cuire des aliments pour elle ! Service de laverie sur place et appréciable. Un lit bébé avait été installé également sans que nous le demandions. Piscine de 20m sur place avec piscine enfant attenante. Je recommande vivement

Goeie prijs voor een korte stay!

Het uitzicht vanuit het zwembad is prachtig. Het restaurant heeft ook een mooie locatie, uitzicht, tafel opdekking en servies. Wij hadden een nacht vlucht en zijn ‘s nachts blijkbaar geen tot amper taxi’s beschikbaar naar de luchthaven. Het personeel heeft ons gebracht in de nacht super lief en attent!!

Wij zagen veel mensen met baby’s waaronder wij zelf ook. De douch is veelste klein om met je baby te douchen. Wij hebben haar bij het zwembad moeten afspoelen onder de buiten douch. De kamers zijn enorm gehorig wij voelde ons wat schuldig omdat onze baby wat last had van krampen ‘s nachts. Wij hoorde ook de andere baby’s maar dat is voor ons geen probleem maar kan me voorstellen voor anderen dat dat vervelend kan zijn. Lunch menu kaart was erg aangenaam, de avond kaart iets minder. Wij komen zelf uit de horeca. Het servies waar ze alles op serveren is trouwens super mooi! Wij hadden wel iets meer verwacht als je een side salade besteld dat je echt een slaatje krijgt ipv wat droge stukken sla en komkommer. Ook het aardappel garnituur heel weinig 4 kleine stukjes voor 5,- De drankjes waren heel lekker en goeie prijzen.

Struttura ben organizzata con servizi per tutta la famiglia. La piscina è aperta 24 ore al giorno, il bar è aperto fino a tarda sera, pranzo (panini, un primo, insalate) e cena a menù fisso. Ampi spazi, tavolo da ping pong, calcio balilla. Intorno tanto verde. Le camere della dependance sono ampie ma spartane, bagni ben organizzati. Il personale è gentile, disponibile e risolve ogni problema.

Le camere della dependance hanno letti con materassi molto morbidi. La pulizia dei pavimenti delle camere può essere migliorata. La cucina non è per nulla attrezzata (no piatti, bicchieri, pentole). Ma noi non abbiamo avuto modo di usarla.

Für einen Kurzurlaub geeignet. Allerdings nur im Haupthaus mit weniger Nebengeräuschen. Es liegt sehr ländlich.

Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sauber mit einem ordentlichen Bad und Klimaanlage. Die Anlage war schön und hatte einen großen Schwimmpool mit tollem Ausblick.

Die Nebengebäude waren extrem hellhörig. Gespräche, Schnarchen… gut hörbar. Die Unterkunft hatte eine Holz-Zimmertür zum nächsten Zimmer. Das schafft keine Privatsphäre! Die Zimmerausstattung war nicht zeitgemäß. Wenig Schrank, keine Schublade, fehlende Steckdosen (nicht zeitgemäß!) und für einen längeren Aufenthalt ungeeignet. Wir haben die Koffer geöffnet auf dem Boden gelassen.

SOGGIORNO CONFORTEVOLE E RILASSANTE

Questo hotel si trova in una posizione tranquilla e comoda a pochi minuti di macchina sia da Pisa che da Lucca. La struttura ha un ristorante, un bar e una piscina, motivo per cui se ci si vuole rilassare non è necessario nemmeno uscire. La camera è piccola (anche il bagno), ma confortevole. Abbiamo soggiornato nella depandance: i muri sono sottili, per cui si sente il rumore delle camere affianco, ma noi non abbiamo avuto alcun problema con gli altri ospiti. Ci sono due piscine, di cui una piccola per bambini che per noi è stata l'ideale. Inoltre, a fianco al ristorante è presente una piccola area giochi con scivolo e altalena. Ci siamo trovati bene; una nota molto positiva è l'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità del personale

Alcune parti della struttura avrebbero bisogno di una sistemata, come ad esempio i muri della depandance o il giardino che si vede dalle camere che risulta un po' trascurate. C'è anche un campo da tennis abbandonato a sé stesso. Le prime sere al ristorante abbiamo aspettato molto tempo prima di mangiare (sia noi che il bimbo), ma credo si sia trattato di un problema organizzativo iniziale, dato che poi il problema si è risolto.

Ci siamo trovati davvero bene, esperienza piacevole e rilassante.

Posizione ottima, personale cortese e colazione non eccezionale ma con una buona varietà, anche senza glutine. La piscina molto bella e tranquilla, adatta anche ai più piccoli. Ottima cucina.

Migliorerei l’attenzione ai dettagli (pulizia degli angoli della stanza e delle aree esterne) e soprattutto l’organizzazione del servizio ristorazione (troppo lento).
