Location is great for Lucca, Pisa and Florence - all accessible by train or driving. Train station is a 25 min walk away so bear in mind when making plans.
No air con. The traditional Tuscan style shutters keep the house relatively cool and there are fans in all the rooms, but I would go earlier in the year (avoid July and August). Tbf, this is reflected in the price though.

Comodo il parcheggio nel cortile
La casa offre il servizio di bed...senza breakfast! Non c'era assolutamente nulla per la colazione, né caffè, né niente da mangiare, né posate di alcun tipo e né tovaglioli.
Molte delle finestre della casa non si chiudono.
Il bagno di sotto inaccessibile per via dell'altezza.
