Wonderful locarion; a little challenging to find but the employee came to us to ahow where it is and walked us to the parking. Also very helpful with suggestions on things to do and directions. The room was nice and sparsley decorated. Some rooms, ours 8ncluded, are right off the breakfast area so don’t plan to sleep in but it wasn't crazy loud. Would stay again.

Truly stunning property, elegant suite with superb attention to detail resulting in an opulent feel to our entire stay. The staff made our stay comfortable and so welcoming with a very high standard of personal service with lots of advice from where to eat to which paces to visit. Breakfast catered well for coeliac with lots of gluten free options. You will not find a more Italian feeling in Lucca. Thank you

We had a fantastic stay at La Bohème! Staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean with plenty of outlets and the breakfast was delicious. There is a fair bit of noise that comes through the bedroom windows from people in the streets below, but not much anyone can do about that.

A charming house right in the historic centre. If arriving by car and want to use the private parking it's better to have a small car. The garage is very secure just a few streets away from the house.

This is a sweet B & B in a great, central location inside the city walls of Lucca. The breakfast was very nice and the hosts were also friendly. The B&B is very cute/stylish and is inside of a locked building on the 2nd floor. Despite being right in the center of things, it was very quiet in our room. Lots of shops, restaurants and historic cultural sites very close by. I appreciated the woman who checked us in as she recommended a restaurant for dinner and made a reservation for us.

The hotel is in the centre of Luca and within walking distance of anything you could want within the walled city. I felt safe as a solo female traveller and was comforted by the rooms' security. Breakfast was outstanding, the staff was friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable, and the showers had great pressure with lots of hot water. Housekeeping had an eye for detail at this hotel; everything was clean upon arrival, and the turn-down service was thoughtful with my belongings while doing an excellent job at giving the room a refresh. I highly recommend this hotel.

This place is beyond charming. Amazing location. Lively breakfast. Ultra helpful and friendly staff. It was a little unnerving driving into the ZTL zone (and narrow!!) but we were assured that they send a picture of our plate in to the proper authorities and there would be no problem. Loved it!!!

This hotel is very beautiful and the breakfast is excellent! The rooms are decorated well, it's in a very convenient location, and the hosts were so kind and gracious. We loved it here and wished we could have spent more nights exploring Lucca and sleeping on the comfy beds.

We really enjoyed our stay here at La Boheme and in Lucca. The room we had was large, with comfortable king sized bed and antique furniture. The bathroom is huge, with separate tub, shower, toilet and bidet. The water pressure in shower is great. All rooms are on the second floor, there is no elevator. WiFi is available but tended to be slow, almost too slow to be useful. No safe is in the room. Daily breakfast was great, with a large variety of breads, made to order eggs, and fresh coffee and cappuccino. The owners have other businesses close by. There is typically no one on site for service needs besides breakfast - ever. You’re pretty much on your own. Initial check-in was challenging, no one was at the hotel at 2PM as advertised and the phone wasn't being answered. When present the staff was very helpful, even getting Puccini concert tickets and dinner reservations. For those unfamiliar with old Italian cities, driving in the historic Lucca city center is a nightmare. I would not advise driving to the B&B unless you are very clear on how to get there, and confirming that the staff is actually present to let you in. We had a bad first experience and ended up parking outside the city walls.
