I had a nice time in Lucca.

I spent three days in this apartment. It's located near the city center and not far from a motorway. The apartment is well-equipped. I was able to contact with the owner easily. It was really good time.

We liked the appartment.

Nice and clean appartment.

There was a problem with parking at the beginning, wrong number was said to us, the lady from the parking place was upset. The other day correct number was said to us. So, believe that it will be already ok in the future. They wanted check in in advance including uploading IDs. We do not like this over obligation.

3ème couchage honteux !

Pas très loin du centre et assez spacieux.

Le 3 ème couchage est honteux, ce qui motive mon mécontentement ! Un canapé hors d'âge tout défoncé en skaï bien glissant fourni avec des draps plat (non housse) qu'on ne peut donc pas border. Autant dire qu'au bout 15min couché, tout a fichu le camp ! De plus, il a fallu réclamer une couette, une vraie, pas un simple dessus de lit.... on est au mois de décembre, pas en août. Obligé de monter la température à 23 degrés pour la nuit car la couette n'est arrivée que le lendemain. J'avais honte de faire couché ma fille dans ces conditions ! Heureusement qu'on est resté que 2 nuits. Bref, ça nous a sérieusement gâché le séjour !

Per avere le chiavi mi hanno mandato un link che non si apriva e qui di non Riuscivo ad entrare ho chiamato l host che dopo avergli spiegato il problema mi ha rimandato un altro link che lo stesso non si apriva e non mi ha risposto più al cellulare Ho dovuto chiamare la polizia e forzare la cassaforte per avere le chiavi Non la consiglio L host e scostumata e un ubriacona mi è venuta fuori la porta con la puzza di alcol

Fijn dichtbij centrum Lucca

Klein maar fijn & schoon appartement met alles erop en eraan! Zeer goed bed & matras met heerlijke fris gesteven hotellakens. Zeer complete keuken met goed werkende apparatuur zoals en vaatwasser, inductiekookplaat, afzuigkap (wel eerst schakelaar omzetten, ik dacht dat ie kapot was 😄) koelkast, diepvries, waterkoker en wasmachine met droogrek en wasknijpers etc! Prima badkamer met een wat grotere douchecabine en krachtige stroom warm water, heerlijk! Er is een afgesloten parkeerterrein waar je een eigen genummerde parkeerplaats hebt, werkt goed! Het was met ebike ongeveer 7 minuten fietsen naar het centrum. Op de terugweg kwam ik langs een giede en grote supermarkt en heb dus 2x zelf kunnen koken. Heel handig. Aanrader dus!

Beetje gehorig qua bovenbuur, je hoort hard schuivende stoelen, praten en badkamer geluiden 😌 Het appartement was voor mij moeilijk te vinden. De navigatie gaf huis op de hoek van de straat aan. Dat je naar Brevi Blue of Green moest zoeken, wist ik niet. Hulp via WhatsApp ging goed en met hulp van buurtgenoten die naar de service gebeld hebben, ging alles verder prima! De sleutelkluis rechts beneden aan de lage muur is niet super handig en de cijfers zijn moeilijk te zien.

La cama esta súper cómoda, en general el lugar estaba bien y de acuerdo a la descripción. Si regreso a Lucca sin duda volvería a rentar.

No hay aire acondicionado y la tele es sólo TV normal no es smart TV, creo que necesitan usar ambientador porque había un olor incómodo, lo mismo con la heladera pero después todo estaba bien. Pienso que faltaba ventilar o dejar que entre aire al departamento. Nada que no se pueda solucionar fácilmente.

L'appartamemto è appena ristrutturato La posizione è ottima si raggiunge il centro in 10 min a piedi

L'appartamento non era pulito bene, l'unica tovaglia in casa era sudicia piena di macchie, ľappartamento è appena ristrutturato ma il palazzo è fatiscente gli scarichi di doccia e lavandino faticano a funzionare, le porte tipo quella del bagno non si chiudono, la zona è infestata di zanzare, i muri sono molto sottili e quindi si sente tutto, il wi-fi che doveva essere incluso non funzionava e nonostante avessimo avvertito la compagnia nessuno ha fatto nulla, in più anche se ho prenotato su booking ho dovuto perdere un ora a fare il check in on line su un altro sito.

Sicuramente la posizione , la pulizia e la tanta gentilezza e professionalità di Sara che mi ha contattato da prima che arrivassi fino al giorno della partenza dandomi tutte le info necessarie.

Saliti al primo piano con le valigie NON potendo usufruire dell ascensore, riservato solo ai condomini con chiave dedicata; 1 rotolo di carta igienica per 2 giorni per 4 persone mi sembra davvero poco! La brandina per dormire molto economica e mancante di un piedino che quando mio figlio si girava , barcollava ...e poi.... Il divano letto ... Dormire sulla pelle francamente non è stata una bella cosa! In bagno nessun appendino , e un asciugacapelli che asciuga forse , la testa di un neonato. Nota piacevole il parcheggio interno Diciamo che nel giudizio sono stato anche generoso
