Great value - very clean, comfy, and near the old city

The host is very helpful and responsive. The flat has everything you could need. It's a great location, about 15 minutes by foot from the city walls, with parking and in a calm residential neighborhood. Also spotlessly clean. A wonderful value and a comfortable place to stay. It's also helpful that the host sends a welcome packet will all the information you will need to know about the flat.

The building is a little older so you must be careful about not using too many appliances at once, or it will trip the circuit breaker, and you will need to go downstairs and flip it back to the on position. But after we understood, it was easy to avoid any problems.

It was disappointing considering that I paid for a 2 bedroom apartment and only got 1 bed.

Nice location, within walking distance to the walled city. Fully furnished, clean.

Only one bed was made up, the single beds had no bedding, pillows, linen or blankets. No extra bedding anywhere in the apartment either. When I requested it after arriving I was told they couldn’t help. It was very uncomfortable as I had to sleep with my jacket on to keep warm. I expect when I book a 2 bedroom apartment I’ll get 2 fully functional bedrooms, very disappointing stay. My 26 year old son and I don’t share beds anymore.

A good, spacious, and clean apartment. The host is very friendly, answered all our questions, and even switched to our language of communication. The owner turned on the floor heating, which was very timely. just FYI: If you have a large car, you can use the public parking lot right next to the building, but you need to keep in mind that on the 1&3rd Wed of each month early in the morning, the car must be moved because cleaning takes place.

We wanted a property away from tourists and within walking distance to the old city, this apartment was perfect. The closeness to the wall for runners is a massive plus. Everything we needed for a short stay was provided for in the flat. A decent size kitchen, a charming terrace, a spacious living room and bedroom as well as your own parking.

A lovely, clean, and tastefully furnished apartment.

The apartment was tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean! It was well equipped and even included Alexa both in the bathroom and living room. The apartment is very comfortable with spacious rooms and high ceilings. It felt very safe with security access both at the front door and apartment door, with private, off-street parking. Antonio provided very helpful and clear video instructions in advance for accessing the self-checkin apartment, parking, and amenities. It is an easy and short walk to the train station and a 15-20 min walk into Lucca itself.

Although free private off-street parking is provided, accessing the space requires tight manoeuvring!

Very well appointed apartment with nice furniture and fully equipped kitchen and nice sunny balcony. Only a short walk into the old Town and convenient having private parking.

Nothing to dislike although cutlery and bread knife should be replaced.

Clean, comfortable and friendly.

The information was sent to us ahead of our trip which meant that when I had an issue with opening the information on my phone, Antonio had time to email it to me. On arrival, all was as described in the comprehensive instructions. There were no issues when entering the property. Rooms were of a good size, bright, and light with high ceilings. Everything you needed for your stay including such as washing machine/ kitchen utensils. The location was excellent giving us easy walking access (10 mins) to the city walls. It is also very close to the train station and just a short journey to either Pisa or Florence from there. It is also only a 30-minute drive to the airport. The flat was incredibly clean- having run our own holiday cottage in the past having a good cleaner can be tricky! Antonio was very helpful giving us advice about bike hire, places to eat, etc. He also made sure we had accessed the flat ok. Having safe car parking was also incredibly helpful in such a pedestrian-based city. We will want to stay here again.

It's a beautiful, large and extraordinarily well equipped apartment. Everything was very clean, and all the equipment (washing machine, laundry, dryer, air conditioning, etc) is modern and functioning. Antonio is a great host and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. He also helped out late in the evening when we had an issue with the AC. There is a dedicated parking spot in the shade, very practical. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. It's about a 15 minute walk to the old town.

Very nice and spacious appartment, well equipped, good location near city centre (10 minutes walk). Private parking and quiet while the bedroom is on the backside of the house. Also Netflix and internet. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Nothing to complain really, especially considering the price.

La grandezza dell' appartamento,con parcheggio personale. Il bagno delle giuste dimensioni,il pavimento con parquet e nel complesso tutto l' appartamento molto luminoso. Anche se non l' abbiamo usata,la cucina aveva tutto. C'era la lavatrice,l' asciugatrice,il forno,il forno a microonde e la lavastoviglie. In ogni stanza c'era la televisione. C'era Alexa in bagno e nel soggiorno. Ampio parcheggio gratuito e bar vicino all' appartamento. Il proprietario Antonio,molto gentile e premuroso. La lontananza da Porta San Pietro è di circa 700 metri a piedi.

Mi sono sentita a casa. Posto meraviglioso,c' e ogni comfort,c' e calore,atmosfera,tranquillità. L' host gentilissimo e cordiale,disponibile per ogni chiarimento e necessità. Spazioso, pulito e comodo, ci tornerei

Spazi molto ampi, colori chiari e luminosi, pulizia perfetta, parcheggio gratuito, non lontano dalle mura a piedi, prezzo giusto anche per affittarlo in pochi, prese di corrente in tutte le stanze, doccia grande.

Personalmente non mi trovo bene con il riscaldamento a pavimento, non conoscendo la strada non si incontrano molti attraversamenti pedonali e di sera è piuttosto buia, anche se tranquilla.

È il secondo soggiorno in questo appartamento e mi trovo sempre molto bene: la casa grande e molto bella, i letti comodi, l’accesso in autonomia è sempre molto apprezzato. Da considerare la presenza di scale per arrivare al piano. Suggerirei di mettere uno sgabellino in bagno per avere posto dove posare i vestiti.

Sehr große und top ausgestattete Wohnung. Man ist in 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Überdachter Parkplatz.

Grosse und sehr saubere Wohnung mit allem was man braucht um Lucca und Umgebung zu erkunden

Die Wohnung war extrem sauber, es hat alles was man brauchen könnte. Es gab sogar Kleinigkeiten wie eine kleine Flasche Prosecco und ein paar Süssigkeiten. Das Badezimmer war auch sehr schön, die Klimaanlagen waren auch top. Das Quartier war sehr ruhig und man konnte entspannt zum Bahnhof laufen (maximal 10min) und zur Innenstadt (10-15min). Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über Codes die mit Video-Anleitungen zugesendet wurden. Der Besitzer war sehr aktiv und konnte immer schnell antworten, falls wir mal fragen haben.

Preis Leistung war sehr gut. Einzig die Matratze im Hauptschlafzimmer war ein wenig durchgelegen und könnte mal ersetzt werden aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Gutes und großzügiges Apartment fußläufig nach Lucca

Wir haben zu zweit zwei Nächte in diesem großzügigen Apartment verbracht. Es war sehr sauber und vollständig eingerichtet. Lediglich ein Toaster hat uns gefehlt und einige Teller waren etwas beschädigt (vermutlich Spülmaschine). Die Lage zum Stadttor ist mit ca. 800 Meter über die Gleise am Bahnhof gut (Fußgängerbrücke). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ausgezeichnet und wir erhielten frühzeitig sämtliche Informationen, zum Teil als Video per App. Der Balkon mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen liegt schön nach Südwesten. Der teilüberdachte Parkplatz ist hinter dem Haus. Für unseren Audi Q3 ausreichend groß. Bei größeren Autos kann ein öffentlicher kostenloser Parkplatz 50 Meter neben dem Haus genutzt werden. Insgesamt sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.

Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, maximal ein Toaster und eine Kaffeemaschine könnten ergänzt werden.

l'appartamento è bello e grande, caldo e accogliente. fuori dalla mura di Lucca, ma a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro.Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo

l'unica cosa che mi sento di suggerire all'host è di migliorare la pulizia delle stoviglie in dotazione nella cucina e di mettere due tipi di cuscini, quello più morbido e quello più duro.
