Very clean well located, fully air conditioned apartment. Everything you need and comfortable beds.

We loved our stay here. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and living areas. The apartment was exceptionally clean with modern appliances and comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen and equipment is excellent and a family could easily cook meals here. The location is a short walk to and from the train station. There are a few nearby shops to buy groceries. The apartment is a few minutes walk to the old city where there are plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions with a vibrant and safe atmosphere. The area seemed to be safe and the locals were very pleasant and helpful. It's a superb place to stay to visit other towns, cities and attractions. The host was very attentive and helpful. We will stay here again to make it a base to explore Tuscany in the future.

The apartment is on the first floor overlooking a main road but it has a nice view. It's only 25 steps up from the main entrance. We often heard ambulances going past. However, I would not let that deter you from staying here because the windows are very sound proof and we did not hear any ambulances during the evening and slept soundly every night. I think the ambulance sirens are not used in the late evening and during the night. It's such a great location that we were hardly inside the apartment during the day Being english, we thought that a kettle might have been useful to make our cups of tea. We used a saucepan to boil water, but that's not a tragedy to most people :). There is a Western Union next to the entrance that has a coffee machine and we got some excellent cappuccino and chocolate drinks for 50 cents euro! However, there is a coffee making machine in the apartment.

Fold out bed in lounge was particularly uncomfortable. Had to put this on the floor to make not as bad. I understand the host is going to replace this.

Excellent! Highly recommended!

Everything! Easy check in and gave cleared instructions to our friend (based in lucca, who can communicate in italian language) Location of the property- walking distance to the train station and in the touristic center. The property itself! - Modern, very cozy and equipped with everything we need. Host is so nice and have provided snacks & water upon arrival. The aircon is superb! With the super hot weather we just want to stay in the property! With wifi & netflix access too! Loved it!!

La signora Barbara è meravigliosa, disponibile, precisa e gentile, non ho mai visto un appartamento cosi pulito e pieno di confort. Si sta benissimo ed è stato tutto perfetto, eravamo a 2 passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal luogo del nostro concerto , comodissimo, inoltre la zona è bellissima . Direi super consigliato💜

consigliatissima

La casa è accogliente, spaziosa, pulitissima e comoda. Ad accogliermi ho trovato una bottiglia di vino e un pacco di biscotti artigianali :-) Bagno con finestra, doccia ben funzionante, camera da letto principale molto spaziosa e letto comodo (della seconda camera non saprei perché non l'ho usata). Cucina ben attrezzata, detersivo fornito dalla proprietà. Posizione comodissima, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e 2 minuti da Porta San Pietro. Parcheggi (a pagamento) tutto intorno. La proprietaria ha sempre risposto celermente ai miei messaggi e alle mie domande. Mi sono trovata molto bene.

L'unico difetto è il rumore del traffico, ma risolvibile tenendo i vetri delle finestre chiusi (per l'estate c'è l'aria condizionata volendo).
