Perfect location to visit the local area with incredible views over Tuscany. Helpful hosts who were quick to rectify any problems. Lovely welcome baskets with local treats and cold beers in the fridge were a nice gesture.
Too hot in the upstairs bedrooms without air conditioning, could really do with a fan. A bit steep accessing the property in a large vehicle although we did have a 8 seater van!

The place was perfect for our family of four. The pool was refreshing especially in the summer and it is well maintained. The villa is clean with a nice kitchen and has everything we needed, which my husband adored as he loves to cook. It also has a bbq and a nice outdoor table with an umbrella. We also loved taking a walk in the morning with our little pomeranian around the villa which is sorrounded with olive trees. Overall a wonderful experience, it's a 40 min drive to beautiful beaches in Viareggio, 12mins to Lucca and a little over an hour to Florence.
Could not fault the place. Just a suggestion, driving instructions could be simplified. In your GPS you can enter Ponte a Moriano, Lucca and from there the villa is only about 5 mins.
