Good location in lovely neighborhood. Very pleasant apartment interior. Large refrigerator.

1. The kitchen would benefit tremendously from having a microwave in it. Trying to use the oven or stovetop to heat food, even something as simple as heating up left over food or pastry, was excessively time consuming and difficult. 2. Not unlike many apartment rentals, the cookware that is provided is cheap, low quality. My wife and I like to cook, but not on cheap cookware. The owners could show that they value their renters by providing more high quality cookware. Also, the only paring knife provided was falling apart. 4. Even though I reported it soon after arriving, a broken lightbulb over the kitchen counter was never replaced, so the kitchen was darker than necessary. 5. The english language instructions were not well written--probably very poor translations from the owners' Italian--so it was sometimes difficult to understand the meaning of some words or sentences. For example, I was unable to locate the lockbox that held the apt key. The photos of its location were not clear; nor were the written directions to find it. My wife, fortunately, speaks Italian and asked someone who happened to know its location. If it had been night-time, finding the lockbox would have been even more difficult. 6. There was a lot of street traffic noise from cars and trucks in the early morning because the bedroom windows are close to the main street.

Estremamente rumorosa perchè direttamente affacciata su una strada trafficata/mercati. No aria condizionata con impossibilità di tenere le finestre aperte per il rumore. Il bagno un po’ anni 70-80.
