Great location, but...

The location and the lady who worked there the morning I left

The room was the size of a cracker box, my storage room is bigger than that. Everything was done the cheapest way possible. Loose, dried out teabags , not even in the little paper wrap that most of them come in. One cheap little one use soap package for the shower ( I was there 3 nights ) Nobody ever came on for room service, or to at least empty the trash. I never saw anybody during the whole time I was there, not during check-in or anything else until I was getting ready to check out. And since there was nobody there to greet me, or any kinds of information about the place, I didn't know where to go for breakfast or when it would be served, so I didn't get any until the day I left, when they lady showed me where to go. They have a fridge upstairs with drinks that you can buy, but no bottle opener, then what's the point ?! The mattress was so old that it was all wallowed out and totally uncomfortable. The internet didn't work at all, it wouldn't even let me log in. And for whatever reason the cell service didn't work inside the bldg either. The lady told me that I could've used the kitchen to be able to get service, but she knew that the signal strength is bad throughout the house. The house smells like mildew and the old stairs going up are very narrow, which made carrying the suitcase very difficult. The location was great, but that's about it. Way overpriced for what they offer.

Best breakfast so far as we travelled around Germany and Austria. A good selection . Friendly helpful staff. Visited the castle - Neuschwanstein bus stop outside the hotel. Also a nice walk into town.

Close quiet location. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Loved the towel warmer.

No staff on site is a positive and negative if you need something. They are there for breakfast and checkout.

Amazing

The room was comfortable, the bus stop was 2 min from the hotel. There was a tea pot in the room. The breakfast was good but not excellent. The ladies serving the breakfast were very nice, I asked them for cocoa and boiled eggs for my child, and they prepared it.

The price was a little bit expensive. The Wifi was not working properly. And the chairs in the balcony had bird waste on them, for such a price you expect it to be cleaned.

Family style hotel in a convenient location to explore local highlights

The hotel offered a nice and simple breakfast buffet / "German" selection: bread + rolls, cheese, sausage + meat cuts, jam, boiled or scrambled eggs, muesli, fresh fruit, yogurt and quark, some sweet buns or "breakfast cake", coffee + tea, milk, juice, water. Food was displayed neatly and cleanly. Room had a water kettle and there was a coffee maker in the hallway. Rooms were clean and staff members were friendly.

There were frequent issues with the WLAN and we didn't have internet for much of our stay. (I wasn't there for business reasons but would've liked to be able to check out some destinations for hikes etc. in the area.)

Great location between Füssen and Neuschwanstein castle, decent size room, very good breakfast.

Could use better cleaning, as there was some dust and spiderwebs in our room, and an empty sigarette package on the (not so inviting) balcony. Bathroom is very small.

Fantastyczny odpoczynek, wśród natury, uprzejmych ludzi i blisko do wszystkich atrakcji!

Obiekt jest położony idealnie na spacery wzdłuż rzeki Lech do Füssen, do basenów termalnych oraz 4min samochodem do zamku Neuschwanstein. Wokół hotelu jest przyjemnie i zielono, śniadania są przepyszne a personel niesamowicie uprzejmy. Dodatkowo opcja późnego zameldowania pozwoliła nam przyjechać po pracy bez stresu. Dostępny parking na miejscu. Pokój był wygodny i czysty, z przyjemnym widokiem oraz tarasem i balkonem.

Niektóre elementy wyposażenia wymagają już lekkiej renowacji. Bardzo slabo działające WiFi, nie można zdalnie pracować.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, Toilettenspülung lief die ganze Nacht, Balkontüre war der Griff kaputt, Vorhänge sehr dreckig, Teppichboden verschmutzt, Frühstück musste man ewig auf Brötchen warten bis die fertig aufgebacken waren, Müll unter dem Bett
