Great location, space and staff

Stay here!! The location is perfect…the view of the Alps from the balcony, the quaint neighborhood where it’s located and the proximity to the short walking path to downtown make it a perfect destination. The staff were friendly and helpful. Let’s talk about the breakfast…WOW!!!!! We felt like we were walking into a 5 star restaurant. The set up of each table, the high class options, the presentation…just WOW!! You can see the care they take to make their guests feel like rockstars. The rooms had plenty of space and as I mentioned, very nice balcony space to enjoy a glass of wine after a long day of exploring. HIGHLY recommend this location.

Could use more parking. We came back after 6 and we had to get creative with parking.

A complete joy and surprise! Stay here!

What an amazing experience!! I didn't know much about the hotel before we arrived there, hadn't read reviews. I liked the decor right off the bat and kept telling my kids "there is some thing VERY strange going on here...you can tell so much care was taken into decorating the rooms and the common areas, it's like it is back in time but everything is clean and new!" The textures, the fabrics, the energy flow... I have no design sense but I could tell someone with a lot of talent and passion had been at work here. Not just a hired designer. Sure enough the lady at breakfast said the boss loves vintage styles but the items are not old. It was like a very clean museum from the 60s or something. Or the Jetsons. But not over the top, so much taste and class. Breakfast was totally theatrical. We came down to see the table set with linens, and every type of breakfast food imaginable right there at the table, beautifully presented. Fresh fruit juices as well, and even a fresh flower at the head of the table. Beautiful music added to the mood, it was like coming downstairs on Christmas.

Maybe better shampoo not in individual bottles. USB ports in the room would be nice as well.

Stay full of wonderful surprises.

Honestly, Anna was such a pleasure that I would consider coming back again. She welcomed us with a huge smile and gentle suggestions. We initially thought the hotel was too far from town and we were pleasantly surprised with a breathtaking view on our short walk to town. Anna made sure we knew where the path was located and it was so beautiful. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and Anna really made the meal fun with little extras like Champagne one day and cake with ice cream the next. Little treats in the room was a really nice touch too.

This was one of our favourite stays in Germany so far. Loved it!

We were warmly greeted by Anna…an exceptionally lovely, helpful young woman. The room was perfect and had a nice welcome tray of snacks which was a nice surprise. Easy walking distance to town. Clean, well maintained room, comfortable! Gorgeous breakfast and service was exceptional!

The breakfast was spectacular! They changed our room when we arrived as a room with a better view was free and the view was spectacular! The location is a (very pleasant) 10 minute walk from the centre of town and hence is really peaceful.

11 - The most pampered hotel I have ever stayed at

This place is wonderful. Anna is truly a gem! We were greeted when we arrived, they took our luggage upstairs, where a delicious evening snack assortment was provided at no charge. Water at no charge. The breakfast is an incredible spread of foods, as well as custom order, with linens, exceptional coffee, and MUSIC, in a sunny room overlooking a garden. We asked where we could find a laundry facility nearby and Anna offered to do our laundry at no extra charge. We were welcomed into their family and felt so pampered our whole stay that we hated to leave. No other hotel on our trip is going to live up to this place, and we were right. The balcony looks over the mountains with beautiful clean fresh air. You never need to leave.

We thought the location was closer to downtown, but in reality everything is within a mile of each other. Old town is about 1/2 mile. Being in a residential area meant quiet streets and quiet nights so you can sleep with the window open if you want.

Pristine and in immaculate conditions. The owner is there just to make sure everything is perfect. Full of small and nice details and treats to spoil guests. Staff super helpfull always willing to help. Beds super comfy. Spacious, super clean. Fantastic parking for free. One of the best breakfast I've ever had, if not the best. The traditional german cake made by the owner himself is a must. Absolutely recommendable.

Wonderful Stay and Highly Recommended to Other Travelers

We stayed for 3 nights at Hotel Christine. It was a wonderful stay that absolutely exceeded our expectations and reflected the great reviews previously written. The hotel itself is immaculate with a modern appearance that is impeccable in style. We had a fantastic room that resembled a suite more than your standard hotel room. It was exceptionally clean, spacious and well organized. The bathroom was very modern and well designed. Our view of the Alps from our private balcony was spectacular and we could not only view the snow-covered Alps, but also the majestic Neuschwanstein Castle nestled into the mountains. Parking was free and not an issue, and the walk into the center was easy and only about 10 minutes in length. The breakfast each morning was perhaps the finest breakfast we have ever experienced in a hotel. We are experienced travelers and have stayed in countless hotels over the years. Still, the breakfast each morning prepared by Kurt and Anna was exceptional in terms of both quality and presentation and we looked forward to it every morning. Overall, we highly recommend the Hotel Christine to anyone visiting Fussen. For us, it made our stay in this beautiful area of Bavaria very special.

Friendliness and helpful people welcome you at the check-in. The room was very nice, comfortable bed, minibar, tv, balcony. Thank you for all the welcome fruits, snacks, and sweets. Great Location. Mountain view from the room was beautiful. Room was nice and spacious. We got welcome goodies to eat. The host, Mr Kurt is very welcoming and also helped us with extra blanket. The breakfast was really awesome. One of the best breakfast I have ever had. There was a personal touch in serving the breakfast which is rare these days with buffet prevalent everywhere.

Breakfast! It was beautifully laid out for us when we came down in the morning. Anna served us with such joy, making sure our coffee stayed full and there was nothing we needed.
