Beautiful large clean rooms with lake view. They have two restaurants Italian and German. Lovely breakfast spread. You need to reserve your parking slot with them prior to check in. The spa and sauna areas are free of charge and are the highlight of the hotel. Loved everything about this place! Wish we had stayed longer!

An excellent jaquzi style infinity pool and quiet room with panoramic views over the lake were both excellent. We had 3 nights half board and the dinners were all excellent as was the expansive breakfast buffet.

We didn't like being given a room below the standard which we had pre booked and paid for. This was compounded when the receptionist tried to convince us that what we had was what we ordered. Fortunately their website showed the room that we had ordered which was clearly superior. After a lot of arguing we were then moved to the correct level of room which was absolutely fine. We expected the gratis coffee capsules in our room to be replenished each day. They were not and I asked for an extra capsule and was amazed to find a €1 charge on my bill for 1 capsule. This treatment left a bad taste. Such a shame as the residence and its location were all excellent.

The restaurant cooks quit well and the staff at the restaurant and the bar is very friendly.

The “comfort room” looks a bit old and shabby, the view is medium at best! The “pool” is tiny, the pictures let you expect something completely different. If you come with a dog, you won’t be able to to take your breakfast in the designated room with the other guests, but in another room. Completely unacceptable for that price and a total disappointment.

The location was very nice and the breakfast staff were polite. And also the younger women in the reception with the excellent English.

Worst greeting in the reception by the older women in glasses. She was terrible rude and not welcoming at all! And unfortunately we hade her on our checking out as well. She hade zero interest in us as guest or our stay at the hotel. In all my years of travel I have never been greeted worse. She should not work with hospitality! When it comes to the hotel it’s supposed to have 4 stars?!?! I didn’t know that you can buy stars these days because this hotel is only wort 2! The bed was hard as hell and the sheets were the cheepest ont from IKEA! Not what you expect at all when you pay almost 250 euros per night! We also hade to pay around 30 euros per night for our dog and then you for sure expect some kind of welcoming present or something for the doggy. Nothing at all, not even a pice of candy or a water bowl at the room. I have stayed at higher and less stars hotel than this and always been treated better. Both for me and my dog. And then you get woken in the mornings around 07.00 because they have scheduled the picking up for both all the laundry and the empty bottles! Totally not acceptable!!! The water bottles in the room were not filled up as well and the pool is tiny. Nothing as from the pictures on the website. And the garage with the guests cars with the back entrance to the hotel is open 24/7 for everyone to just walk right in. But they have locked the door to the reception. So the reception is moore important than the security of the guests and their cars. Totally insanity!!! Then we have the music that was playing during breakfast- Ibiza party music is not what you want to hear when you have a calm breakfast with a Mountain View. Zero feeling for the ambiance from the staff point of view. The list could go on and on … I should have read the reviews before I booked because then I would never book it. But when you read all the reviews you see clearly that there is no passion or concerns for the guests or their stay there.

Pool limited to 16 and older - really disappointing when traveling with kids.

The view is breathtaking, nice pool area and facilities

No AC present, but didn't need to after the first night, because it rained and cooled everything.
