Stunning lake view

On our way to the ski resort, we spent a night at this hotel. It turned out to be an excellent choice, thanks to its stunning lake view. Clean and cozy room. Breakfast itself is good and together with the breathtaking beautiful lake view it becomes wonderful.

I beautiful view over the lake from the hotel room.

The breakfast was nice.

There was not always space to park the car and then you had to park the car on a public parking place, which cost a little. I missed a nearby charging station for a plug in hybrid car (Type c connector)

Could not sit together on an evening as hotel closed to early

Nice reception and friendly but NOT accommodating. Outside seating area would have been there but closed the time we were there . Were told only open on Sunday and bankholiday and wouldn’t get served anyway . We didn’t want to be served only to enjoy being together and lovely summer evening. Were told at 9pm.bar is closing and 10 pm everything was turned off incl lift to 3rd floor .

Really great location. Staff very helpful. Room and bathroom are big.

Rooms don’t have air con which is fine as there is a balcony however if you want to sleep early it can be noisy with it open. When the door is shut it’s silent but then stuffy.

Location and breakfast are amazing.

We reserved the premium rooms. Overall the hotel is nice and the food for dinner is really nice. However, for the price that you pay you would expect a different treatment and better facilities. The fridge was not working in one of the rooms and we never got it fixed. In the other room the safe was not working, we got it fixed for a couple of minutes but then did not work again. The door to the balcony got stock as well, and this is one of the things you pay for, the view from the balcony. The last day at the reception, we got asked about our stay and provided the feedback about the fridge, the safe and the door, and the person at the desk got very defensive and angry, which I did not like. We gave the feedback so that they could improve not to blame the person at the reception. So this was definitely a lowlight of the trip.

A really nice view but some inconveniences on our trip.

The room looked very modern and had everything we needed, including a small refrigerator. The view from the balcony is astonishing, really beautiful! The breakfast was quite good, there was a great variety of things to choose from.

On arrival, we were informed that we would have to move rooms after the first night. This alone wouldn't be a problem but the staff weren't really friendly towards us and didn't even excused for the inconvenience. They rather announced this as a given and we had to live with it. Additionally, the room we had to stay the first night in wasn't very nice and didn't even have a balcony which was promised us.

Awesome view from the lake and mountains! Many restaurants nearby that you can choose or dine at the property as well. A lot of parking options available, great place to walk around and relax, and close to Füssen. Room was very spacious.

Consider to not choose the Standard rooms (they are in the ground floor below street level, so it's not possible to see the lake).

Disappointing

What you pay for when booking this hotel is the Nature that they happened to be surrounded by. The view is breathtaking. Breakfast is okay, the rooms are clean.

You can only consider booking this place if you're travelling alone and are able to lay down and pass out to sleep without moving. Or if the person you are staying with is a stranger. The beds are from the past century, with poor spartan mattresses. The legs of the bed start bending and sliding along the floor even if you just sit down on the bed. Every time you move at night, you will be waking up from the fear that the bed is just going to fall apart. Blankets are dated and thin too. Staff is polite, but barely appears to be friendly. Half of the people we met just remained silent when we would try greet them. It would be great if owners of this property were investing something in it, not only earning the money on people willing to stay next to the amazing view.
