For €56 accommodation and 4 minutes by car from the biggest attraction, Neuschwanstein.
Within 5 minutes walking distance to the city.
It wasn't luxurious, but the price/performance ratio was ideal, including a TV with YouTube or the ability to connect to Skylink via a browser.
Wifi, of course.
There probably wasn't a wallbox there, but there is a Tesla Supercharger at Lidl.
Brochures about the two castles and the surrounding area are available at reception, and you will also receive a discount on the shuttle bus in your name.
Booking.com charged €11 more than was offered.
I had to adjust my arrival time so that I could meet someone at reception and pay the €3 tourist tax, which was a condition of accommodation.
Furthermore, if you arrive outside of opening hours (8am-4pm), they want you to fill out an online form two days in advance, which I wouldn't have had time to do.

Excellent location, convenient parking, high level of cleanliness, and friendly staff. The sauna was a great addition, the room had very good heating, and the window blinds ensured a comfortable rest. It was a perfect place for a short trip to Neuschwanstein Castle.
This might be a subjective impression, but I did not like the picture on Booking with the man in the wardrobe. It felt odd when I was choosing accommodation and it almost made me skip this place. The humour is very niche and might not appeal to a broad audience, especially when you are looking for accommodation that helps you relax and feel safe.
This is an excellent hotel with no real downsides and it would have been unfortunate to miss it because of that picture.

The staff was great and very helpful. We liked the idea of the honest bar, where you can purchase items in the breakfast area and have the fee added to your room afterward. On this occasion, we didn't end up using it, but we appreciated the concept.
It's about a 10-minute walk from the station, which didn't bother us at all. We checked in late and received the code to obtain the key immediately after calling the provided phone number. Please note, there is no late reception, so if you're arriving late, make sure to organise this in advance.
After 8 days of hiking the Lechweg trail, we crossed from Austria into Germany and stayed in a standard double room, No. 207 on the second floor. The room was quite tiny. There was a massive wardrobe, which was completely unnecessary given the limited space. The waredeobe's door didn’t close properly, so we had to keep a chair against it to hold it shut. There was no space to open two large suitcases on the floor.
The room was located next to the plant room, so we could hear water running. The walls are not insulated, and we also heard a crying child for much of the night. The small en-suite bathroom has a sliding door attached to the outside, leaving a 3cm gap between the wall and the door. You can hear the person doing their ablutions, which is not very functional, and might not be ideal if you don’t want to hear morning routines.
The mattress was very hard, which added to our discomfort. I personally struggled to get a good sleep. Additionally, the Fussen card was available, but I only discovered it after reading the leaflets. We requested it the following morning before leaving to visit Neuschwanstein Castle. The bus tickets are free with the card, which was a nice bonus.

Good location in Füssen, free & easy parking
It offers basic breakfast, but it’s not available before 8:00. Not even coffee.
The sauna in the basement was not functioning.

Location was good - just a short walk into town or the train station.
Walls are thin and wood flooring - you can hear a lot of what is going on outside of your room.

Nothing apart from the location and that you could self checkin
I really wouldn’t wish on anyone to stay here. The room we were given was right by the elevator and every time it went the whole room would shake. The noise was unbearable. The doors are also not soundproof at all. This meant we were kept up until almost 1am and woken up at 5am. When we raised it at the desk they were really rude. Obviously knew exactly, told us the hotel was full so too bad. I said they should just not make people stay there if they are making them pay 110 euros plus. Honestly really bad experience, bad manners - made us pay the tax too and just said too bad bye. Would not recommend it at all.

The garden view is nice, so is the bathroom.
We where placed next to the breadfast room and kitchen. Meaning offcourse that we where awake at 07.00h in the morning (on a sunday..) There was even a breakfast card right in front of our door when we want to go out.. Noise and more noise! Not nice at all for sleeping.

Rooms were comfy, great views, use of sauna was great. very quiet place.
The wellness centre has a kettle however it shuts at 8pm - if you want a cup of tea in the evening you’ll need to get it before then!

The hotel is set in a nice quite location 10 minutes walk from the old town and 5 minutes from the main train and bus station. Its a lovely but in need of update, hotel set on lovely ground with a beautiful view of the mountains. There was plenty of parking available and the staff where nice and friendly. I would have really liked to have given the hotel a good instead of fair mark and considering the locality and the setting this kind of hotel would not be hard to turn into excellent, but it requires some modernisation and updates. If nothing better is available I would come back, however if they made a few minor improvements I would definitely come back and my review would go up.
I booked this hotel as a family of four and as we where given two rooms I asked that the rooms be next to each other. When I arrived we where offered one room on the 1st floor and the other on the second floor, as I was not happy with this they where able to change rooms and give me two rooms on the same floor, however, we where on two completely oppose sides of the building. This is not great when you have children. The rooms where quite different, one was larger with a balcony and beautiful view the other was small and a view of the car park. Either way this is not a problem as they may have given me a bigger room to be on the same floor, however, sadly the larger room did smell of cigarettes, which is not the hotels fault. I can live without a fridge but the rooms had no kettle or basic coffee/ tea machine which I think is a necessity especially as the hotel has no lounge bar. The digital TV had no option of any other language other than German, which is bizarre as it is a digital T.V. The rooms where nice, but a lick of white paint to freshen it up would have gone a long way. Small little details to these rooms would have made all the difference to making it more special. The library appears to be closed by 8pm and it didn't look like a library. It was more like a retirement village tea room. A library should be warm and welcoming a place to sit, chat and read a book maybe until 10pm. I couldn't find the pool room and was not offered any of the spa facilities, however, I didn't get the feeling that any one went their for the spa. This hotel could be out standing if they just did a little bit to it, shame really.

good price
decorations were a bit stagnant and the balcony we had was not partitioned but shared with the neighboring room with access to our door.

Large comfortable room in a beautiful park-like setting. Very quiet. We were referred to two excellent local restaurants nearby, one German, one Italian. Breakfast on location was excellent!
A little far to walk to the old town, but we did it.

The location and the friendly personal.
The very small room and small bathroom.

Lovely location just outside Fussen.
Beautiful view from the room.
When we told them about 3 maintenance issues in the room, they took care of them right away.
We did not take breakfast there, so I cannot say yes or nay.
There were 3 maintenance items in the bathrom that should have been caught on normal inspections.
It would have been nice to have a better space to open the suitcases.

The staff very kind and available. The location is great, near the centre of Fussen and only 10 minutes far away from Neuschwanstein castle.

Nothing.
Everything! We booked an upgraded comfort double bed room. Bed was two single mattresses and two single quilts. No where to make coffee or tea in building. Room basic and not as presented in booking.com page. Nobody in premises until the following morning to discuss this with. When we did complain the person at desk started shouting at me the following morning! An awful place! Not worth the money. More like a hostel inside the rooms.
