Okay for an intermediate stop.

Nice comfortable room. We only stayed for one night, we used it as an intermediate stop. Breakfast was okay, a bit standard , but good enough.

The person at the desk was not very friendly. I can't say anything about the rest of the staff.

Great location with a great breakfast, but I question the value.

Check in was smooth. The room was clean. The location is great with easy access to everything we needed. Front desk staff were helpful on most occasions. Breakfast was very good with many options. Parking onsite was very helpful despite the extra cost and the tight spaces.

Some of the staff seemed bothered by our presence. Air con was non functioning. The staff said it'll be non functioning until next major renovation. We bumped our heads on the dormered wall a few times. The parking garage was very tight for our VW Tiguan. The entire facility seemed to show its age a bit.

Small room with no aircon but good restaurant, spa, and parking

Especially hot room on 4Th floor - NO AIRCON!! They brought a fan but it didn’t help. Stuffy, stifling, hot room with just one tiny window. Bouncy bed no support, Horrible overstuffed pillows Light in bathroom inadequate- shines light on back of head rather than face.

Soo nice and beautiful property with friendly receptionist (girl from Ukraine was so smart and helpful,she explained and showed easy ways to go to the castle and nice places nearby.Breakfast was good and tasty.So nice location,city center and Netto mini market under the hotel. Nice spa area,nice gym. Warm floor in bathroom👍👍 So nice balcony with a Mountain View!!! MacDonalds 1,2 km away

A nice hotel in a great location.

Very near to both the train station and the town centre. The bedroom and bathroom were very spacious. There are hangers in the cupboard and shelves for those who like to unpack their bags. Great breakfast. Plenty of food and drinks to choose from. The staffs in the dining area (both breakfast and dinner) were so friendly and helpful. The sauna area was also nice. Just ask for the bathrobes and towels at the reception.

There's a lack of hooks and rails in the room for hanging towels and sports wear to dry. The door card kept locking me out of my room. The jacuzzi in the sauna area isn't there anymore.

Close to railway station, 24/7 reception, Spa facilities, Good breakfast, Got given a Fussen card which gave free bus travel to castles amongst other things, Close to supermarket, Free WiFi, Clean

No air con, shower didn't drain well. Shower also had unreliable temperature and pressure. Didn't have a mini fridge which would have been useful. Pillows were very flat and offered no support. The room was far too hot, we couldn't sleep. The radiator was off so we couldn't work out why it was so hot. We had to open windows as there was no air con and it still didn't cool down. As a result we were affected by the noise outside. We were overlooking the park/taxi rank area. One night we were woken up at 5am by a lorry doing a delivery. The second night woken by a group making a lot of noise at 4am. For the above reasons we wouldn't stay at the hotel again.

Location was good, dinner / breakfast at the facility was also good.

Shower facilities could be updated so the water does not wet the bathroom floor. Parking underground works fine, as long as you have compact cars. The parking spaces are definitely not designed for recent wide body cars. We had a BMW 5 series sedan and had an extremely hard time maneuvering in the lot.

Lovely spot to stay, we have fond mementoes.

Our room felt spacious, clean and warm. we had an excellent view over town and the mountains. Great walking distance to things.

Impossible to reach due to city works, not picking up phone to aid in directions, unpersonal mass hotel, reception done by uninterested student type, impression is a bit rundown dusty carpet hotel which needs urgent renovation. Hotel feels like a labyrinth.
