Comfortable well located room. Excellent experience !

The location was excellent. The bus stop to the castles just 100 mts from the apartment. Plenty of Restaurants in the area. Paid Parking lot opposite. Although I haven’t met the owner he was easy to reach and very helpful. Have in mind that it’s a room on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift ( it is clear in the description, anyway). It was very clean and modern. I would surely go back if I return to Fussen.

The apartment was in an excellent location. Within minutes of the train/bus station and the facilities of this beautiful town. The owner was very approachable and advised on which bus to get for the Neuschwanstein castles. Excellent level of cleanliness and has been well cared for with freshly painted walls and comfy beds.

Perfect location and friendly host

The location is super 👌 right in the center, a few minutes away from the restaurants and shops. There's a supermarket just across the street, and the underground parking garage.

The only minus I can admit was that there was no wardrobe in the room, just a sideboard and a few hooks for outwear

Perfect journey for a family with big childrens

The location, the size of apartment, the bus tickets to the castles and the kindness of the host. The parking deal is good, parking entrance and access are a little dirty but finally safe for car.

Even it is mentionned, access is not easy. No lift and it is not possible to park in front to get out luggages. I would not recommend it for not healthy or aged travellers, or with babies that are not able to walk.

- apartment itself is on the top floor of an old building, every time when you use water there is some huge sound coming from the pipe - water temperature very inconsistent - pillow not very comfortable, would suggest to bring one yourself

Nice apartment that could be great with some attention to details.

Location is very good - many restaurants in walking distance. Rooms were quiet and generally comfortable. There were even some nice views from the windows and the small balcony. Nice living room and eat-in kitchen.

There were a number of small issues that all added up to an overall disappointing feeling about the apartment. It was difficult to find. There was supposed to be a picture attached to two different emails but both indicated a broken link to the picture. Ended up calling for directions - finally located the entrance and got the code to enter - had to wait about a half hour for the owner to arrive to discuss parking, etc. Owner difficult to understand in English. Parking was more expensive than advertised, but owner paid local tax to offset the higher cost. Room were very cold upon arrival and took several hours to warm up. No soap in baths, only a very small amount of dish soap in the kitchen and while there is a dishwasher, there was no dishwasher soap. The refrigerator was off when we arrived and fortunately we realized that and turned it on. There were five of us but only four forks.

Good place to overnight with excellent location.

Very nice apartment and good for 5 persons, if doublebeds are suitable. Beds are good as all the facilities: bathroom, kitchen and living room. Rooms are big enough and clean and really a very quite apartment. Location in center is excellent for short time visitors. Everything is near like train station. Owner is very helpful and I can warmly recommend this appartment.

Only air conditioning is missing and it was very hot during the nights in August. Maybe some fans would help.

Perfect location, right next to the old center. Also, just 1 minute away from the busstop to Neuschwanstein. A very nice, clean and spacious room.

The central location was great.

The too soft pillows, they went completely flat. The smell of smoke in the room. The lack of any services not even a kettle. Only one bottle of soap wash, no other toiletries.

I can absolutely recommend this apartment!

Very comfortable, large and clean apartment in the heart of Füssen! The owner is friendly and walks the talk. The carpark is just opposite the building and costs only Euro 8,- per day. Carpark ticket for the entire stay will be provided by the owner besides a Füssen card (after having paid the tourist tax) with which public transport is free of charge in the area.

The mattresses are pretty soft, suggest to replace them with new ones

It's a very spacious and comfortable apartment within walking distance of all of the Old Town's amenities. There is a grocery store across the street and a solid doner restaurant on the ground floor. The parking garage across the street is a great deal.

The apartment itself feels clean and modern, but the staircase up to the third floor feels a little run down. The parking garage across the street is probably the worst I've ever used (tiny tiny spaces), but it works.

Excellent location just steps from the train station. Communication with the host was good and he met us when we arrived by train. The apartment was quite large and well equipped. Furnishings were basic but adequate.

Comfortable apartment in a great location

Clean and spacious apartment that was very comfortable for our family of 4. Excellent location! Several restaurants in Altstadt are within easy walking distance, a grocery store is directly across the street, and your stay includes tickets to take the bus to the castles which picks you up right down the road. The host was also very helpful and I highly recommend a stay here.

Check-in wasn't super smooth. Also, it was awkward that during check-in the host asked us to not use one of the beds to leave it clean because we were only staying 2 nights, but we booked this place specifically so our children could sleep in separate beds. In the end, it wasn't an issue, and the host was very nice, but there wasn't any reason to suggest not using a bed in a room we booked. With all the positives of our stay here, this was a pretty minor negative.

The apartment was very clean and very spacious. It was very comfortable and had enough room for everyone. Can easily sleep four to five adults. The water was hot also. The apartment is very close to everything in Fussen and central to most restaurants and stores for shopping.

Please know that since the apartment is big and spacious it can be cold in the winter months. The apartment is on the top level and there is no elevator.
