The breakfast was really nice. Chocolate fountain interested us. Tasty bretzels and other breads.

Great stay

Excellent hotel and very good and professional staff especially at reception. Facilities were extensive and in good condition. Room was spacious with a balcony overlooking street. Breakfast was extensive and ample including champagne for those inclined. Paid parking was fine. No hesitation to stay here again.

Location was ideal. Place was clean and staff were friendly.

Though it’s a two bedroom two bathroom suite, it is not suitable for two couples as the bathroom door is see through glass.

I had some pleasants days, definitely I'm coming back to this option

The breakfast was the most broad selection of all, everything was exquisite. The staff was so kind, they provided a car to use the local bus for our excursions.

I loved eveything, There is not one thing I can complain about this hotel.

Lovely hotel - perfect location

5 star location and 5 star breakfast. Nice and spacious family room

Everything was nice apart from 2 younger female receptionists who were quite rude when we politely asked if they happen to have a usb port by their desk as we didn’t have one in our room and just wanted to charge one of our phones while we were having breakfast. Their reaction was as if we asked them for something out of this world and they were quite indignant 😆

The location is in the heart of Fussen. And the breakfast is indeed good.

Needs more attention to cleaning and amenities. The towels were very very dirty, old and stinky (even if they change them daily, all of them are looking the same)

Beautiful hotel in the center of town with a great breakfast.

Breakfast was WONDERFUL and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very nice and the location could not be better. Right in the middle of town. We walked this beautiful smal town. There are a lot of restaurant options very close.

I had a confirmation for parking in the hotel, so I ride directly to the garage and then up to the reception, where the receptionist told me that the parking is full and I have to park in a public parking 10 minutes from the hotel, I showed him the hotel confirmation, but he urge that i cannot park inside. I was with my son and very tired, otherwise i will cancel the room and go to another hotel.

- Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. - Room was comfortable and quite modern. - Plenty of parking space at the property since we were driving. - Altstadt is right across the street. - A short drive to Neuschwanstein Castle and Lechfall.

- Tea or coffee was not provided in the room as is standard or expected from such properties. - Breakfast was disappointing with limited options for the price paid.

Luxury and friendliness combined at the heart of beautiful Füssen

A very warm and personalised welcome at reception by each staff member we met. Giulia was so helpful and gave great advice on trips to the castles and other sights. Great location, a few minutes walk from the rail and bus station. Great facilities, excellent breakfast choices with something for all tastes. Even a chocolate fountain and strawberries! The room was perfect for our family of 4, with separate toilet and shower room, and private balcony overlooking the street. We will definitely be back to this hotel and for longer.

Unfriendly

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the town within a minutes walk of the restaurants and shops. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Our room was clean.

The staff on Reception were miserable. No one smiled and showed any interest in helping you. Our room was basic, the bed had a plastic mattress with no mattress cover and the sheet didn't fit properly so became all 'untucked' straight away.

A great hotel to stay

Location is perfect! Right in the city center. Breakfast was good. They allow dogs in the hotel which is great for pet owners. They offer you a garage that you can use (for a price) which is reasonably good (not super easy to manoeuvre big vehicles though)

Great Location, really near to the commercial and restaurant oferring of Fussen. A kind and competitive team. Rooms distribution and cleaning were what we need. Great Breakfast.

The Spa, the best amenity of the Hotel, is open only between 4-7pm. An option for an early morning relaxation and wellness was not available during our stay.
