Nice location

Limited opening times for breakfast and no way to contact hotel staff outside reception hours. We wanted to leave by 7:30 but not really possible as hotel only opens by 8:00

The manager / owner was really miserable, didn’t acknowledge any customers and made it feel like you were an inconvenience to him. A simple morning / hello would have been nice.

Beautiful Alpine hotel with great breakfasts!

Very quiet and quaint. Comfortable beds and individually controlled thermostats.

The WiFi was so slow as to be useless unless standing in front of Reception. Also we could not get any hot water at night, but there was plenty in the morning.

Beautiful property with old-world charm

The location was brilliant in a cul-de-sac street. The property is in front of a big park which is ideal for kids and dogs. There is parking in front of the property. It was really handy and affordable during the day; and free after 6pm until 9am the following day. We haven’t met the staff for long as it was rest day on our arrival but they were friendly when we were checking out.

Excellent value for the money.

While it was not close to the station or in downtown Füssen, it was worth the 10-minute walk to end up in an extremely quiet and beautiful location where the hotel is located. We went in February and it was nice to see the snowed forest out of our window. The hotel has "old school" decoration, it does not have the feel of a modern hotel... which I liked for a change.

Breakfast, while being ok, could have had more choices.

Lovely hotel, great facilities and an incredible view!

The room was absolutely incredible, top floor, lovely scenery, quiet….the bed and pillows were very comfortable and the whole atmosphere was perfect for our last part of our honeymoon. Also the hotel is very close to town centre, around 15 mins walk, and the walk is very scenic as well….on our last day it also snowed which made everything feel like a fairytale. Definitely recommend this hotel!

As the room was big and tall it took a while to heat up as it was only one radiator, however we left this on when we were out and about and the room was ok when we returned.

beautiful views, wonderful hotel

we loved everything about our stay! the bedroom was incredible, and the views from the balcony were exceptional. sleeping with the curtains open and waking up to the mountains was beautiful!! the location was good, it was very quiet but a short walking distance to Füssen’s centre and the train station. a very short bus ride to the castles too. the breakfast was nice too, and the staff were very friendly.

Very personable English speaking owners. Breakfast was amazing, many options to please everyone. Dinner at restaurant was also great, probably the best bet in town, food was prepared/delivered quickly, and was very good.

Charming, restful historic hotel.

Our late-at-night check in was accomodated. Our room was very large, with two lovely windows. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast delighted everyone in our party. The parking (especially with the app Parkster) was super easy. Had a very quaint German feel to it.

I had a little bit of trouble with the shower tempuratures, but my husband navigated it without difficulty. Not sure if the heater was available to turn on (it was early october, so it wasn't necessary, but would have been nice).

Very nice hotel. Good buffet-style breakfast, lovely scrambled eggs! Very friendly staff. Left luggage no problem. Access to Lech Waterfall trails nearby.

A bit of a walk from the main train station/hautbanhof and bus station [=20 mins or so]. A bit dangerous on foot at night (no footpath for 150 m or so).

very nice location and big room

zero flexibility in terms of user support and no English. we paid for a room that included breakfast but they could not serve it before 8. we had to leave at 6, so if we knew we would have paid for a room without breakfast and saved 20 euro. anyhow, they have us a lunch pack instead that was acceptable enough. very difficult to communicate, their pod didn’t work and internet also was extremely slow

The staff were friendly, the room was large, clean and comfortable and it was a short walk to town. Breakfast was also very good.

The location is beautiful

The TV and telephone did not work. Although the hotel has its own large parking space in the back, you still have to find a paying space right across. No coffee service inside the room. No cup to drink water inside the room. No iron board.....I could go on and on.
