Great friendly helpful staff when trains cancelled. Clean comfortable rooms. Right in the heart of Auldt town. Not too big that you were treated like a number, you really felt like a guest. Walkable from station. Lovely breakfast.

The way the switches turned the lights on/off was confusing, actually incomprehensible. An instruction manual is needed. WiFi wasn't connected to internet when we arrived. Worked after a few hours.

The location is a 10/10 and breakfast was nice. That’s all we liked about the property.

The “family room” we booked was a recently remodeled but felt very cheap with horrible colors and bad choice of cheap decor. Did not like the room but loved the location.

Perfect stay

We received a warm and friendly greeting the moment we arrived. Service is exceptional here. Room was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the restaurant 2 nights and the breakfast was the perfect start to our days of touring. We had no issues parking our rental car in their lot but follow their provided directions carefully because it's a bit tricky to find. Highly recommend this property!

3 Euro per night tourist tax had to be paid in cash at check-out (should have been told this at check-in); no A/C but room had portable fan; American music from 1980s/90s played in breakfast room which was unnecessary/annoying and undermined Bavarian charm of hotel; lumpy pillow

Chain smoker on the balcony below ours meant we couldn’t open the windows or use our balcony - frustrating but smoking laws obviously different from ours so just bad luck. City tax paid on leaving has to be cash - would’ve been good to be told that on arrival as needed dash to ATM!

This hotel thought of everything-- great service, lovely spacious room, and delightful eats!

Worth every penny and would highly recommend! We were a couple with a 4-year old and an elderly friend with some mobility limitations. The staff greeted us and helped us find out reserved parking easily; we were RIGHT in old town (very easy to come out and back when we needed to rest); we had comfortable beds and plenty of room; the breakfast was "one of the best I have ever had-- and the most beautiful" according to our well-traveled friend; the restaurant was EXCEPTIONAL. Great value and would absolutely stay here again!

Room and location was very good, but the breakfast was too expensive compared with other places we had stayed.

Location was good and the room was clean but our room was facing the street and was a little noisy.

They demanded cash for the tax at the end of our stay and we didn’t have cash. They wouldn’t accept anything else that made it very difficult for us.

The whole stay was wonderful!!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely and they accommodated my gluten allergy. The rooms were clean and comfy. The bus and train station are close by within walking distance. Lovely shops and cafes near by.

We ate supper at the hotel as well. Maybe a little more help from the waiter recommending the better meals on the menu would have been helpful. We were looking for traditional German cuisine and the meal was just okay.

The location, parking in underground carpark for motorcycle only €5. Room was massive and very comfortable. Breakfast very good, also food in restaurant was very good. There was also a lift which also went down to the carpark.

A kettle in the room would have been a bonus but nothing not to like about this hotel and room.

A little gem of a hotel in a wonderful place.

The property is extremely charming. Our room looked traditionally Bavarian and the room we had breakfast in was also lovely. The breakfast itself was fantastic. Lots of choice and very good quality. The staff member at reception was very polite and kindly recommended some places for our onward travel. The location is great too. In the heart of Fussen!
